Walked in looking for a specific part, the guy who helped me was a manager, so I had hope. Told him what I needed and he just pointed to an aisle where it should be... Didn't offer to help, I never found the part.

Failure to refund money for headlight would not listen to fellow teammate when explaing how to do it. My daughter had to drive 160. 00 mile to get assistance, so she drove with one headlight to get home.

Very unprofessional. The two men working there I’m not sure they’re names but one sat on the phone calling another person for someone about something that could have waited until he helped some people in line. The other young man when I told him one of the items I bought was listed as another price acted like he didn’t know and when I went and looked again and told him what it said it was marked as he didn’t even look into it just said that’s what the computer said. Won’t be coming back to this location

Super customer service! Jackson helped me with a part that I could not find on the app, but that they had in store. I wanted to read the item description to make sure it would be compatible with my air compressor. Then he helped me check out, and his coworker said, “Jackson, you’re not even on the clock.” Three days before Christmas, and still this kind of awesome attitude!? Where do you find this anymore? Apparently here!

Went to go order some parts for my car pulled up a few hours before closing time to having a sign on the door saying the system was down and they closed. Would be nice to have updated information online especially if you were taking a trip that’s a bit ways out.

Got a jump from someone to get here for a battery they had. Bought battery, Then manager tells me they don't have to do installs(even tho it says so clearly on website).So I'm stranded in the parking lot .Thanks so much autozone

Came in for tools to change the spark plugs on my car, I called the night before to confirm they had the tool and part I needed. Stephanie was very helpful, and confirmed they had everything I need. When I came in to get everything this morning, Monique was the opposite of helpful. Argumentative, slow moving and unfriendly. Won't be back to this location.

I arrived at the store because they notified my mechanic that my part was in. I waited in line for over 20 mins, was switched between 3 associates, 7 people behind me were helped, the associate helping me had time to put a dip in and spit 8 times in various trash cans as he searched for my part which ultimately wasn’t found. They told me they had another one of the same part in the store for 44.99 or I could order the same part for 109.99. I asked if I had heard him correctly because that made no sense. Why would i want to wait longer and pay more for a part i was there to buy at that moment? I told him i would like the part in the store which they all 3 looked for and Couldn’t find. They directed me to a different store to purchase the part after wasting about an hour of my time.

It's autozone. What do you expect? Depending on your preference, this is the store you go to when you need something asap and don't mind paying a little more for. I've had zero issues coming here or any location. They are reasonably well stocked on stuff and always willing to order something for you.I very recently came into have a battery and charging system check as a second opinion since valvoline tried to sell me a new battery. Everything checked out as normal and saved money. The associate (who I can't remember, but had glasses and had blonde hair) was friendly and helpful!I also bought a couple things here the same day and used the self check out.So yeah. It's an auto parts store. Love it or hate it. It's worth the convenience.
