I am at a loss for words right now. I took my car in today and dropped it off. I went to pick my car up and found that someone had gotten into my bag of M&Ms (that I had just bought before I dropped my car off so I haven’t opened them) and are a few out of it and left the rest in my car. I mean… if you do not have the audacity to ask then you could’ve at least taken the whole bag and ate it all or threw them away. It’s called common courtesy. It’s just m&ms and that not the point, my point is, now, I’m here thinking “what else have they taken out of my car?”

Larry here at the 493 burnside Rd in Gresham was amazing! I walked in not knowing how to pick out windshield wipers for my truck! He helped me right away! I was in and out with in 15 minutes he even helped put them on!! I will be back for more if my truck and or car needs anything!! I work in retail and we need more in this world like him!!!

My daughter went in the other day to buy a battery and have it installed, the people that worked there (a tweaker with glasses, and a little fat boy) kept calling her stupid and dumb for not knowing how to install it. I will never ever give them my business ever again. This is completely unacceptable behavior and these people should be held accountable! How is my daughter dumb if she’s in college and you are a grown person working at Autozone for 14 dollars an hour! ???

My check engine light came on, went to Auto Zone, plugged in reader comes back catalytic converter. So I’m thinking I have 4 catalytic converters on my truck, right!! Cashier # 4 makes a suggestion, had a friend used this product, and it worked for him, ok I’ll try cataclean cleaner. And I’d like to give him a big thank- you!!!!

Purchased a battery here (twice — same exact battery) and both times, I (believe it or not) failed to pick it up. Seriously. Anyhow, flash forward 7 months later and I went to see what they could do for me hoping, expecting to get 10% off a new one (or something of the like). To my astonishment, I didn’t even have to give them my proof of payment or practically anything else before being told that I could just come pick up a new one (this was a $220 battery!). Can’t beat that!
