On June 17, I came to have my battery or alternator checked and they told me it was the battery and it turns out it was the alternator and my battery was in good condition and now they do not want to solve anything someone who can help me because the person who is in charge does not know what to do.

Came in today to switch out all my wipers and I was helped by Nathan. Nathan found the correct parts for me quickly and even recommended a couple that he personally uses. After struggling to get a set of wipers on, I came in to ask for help and Nathan sprang in to action to not only help, but teach as well. When I come to a place like this and someone helps instead of making me feel like an idiot, its greatly appreciated. Feeling a little more confident with my local Autozone. Thanks Nathan

I am at a loss for words right now. I took my car in today and dropped it off. I went to pick my car up and found that someone had gotten into my bag of M&Ms (that I had just bought before I dropped my car off so I haven’t opened them) and are a few out of it and left the rest in my car. I mean… if you do not have the audacity to ask then you could’ve at least taken the whole bag and ate it all or threw them away. It’s called common courtesy. It’s just m&ms and that not the point, my point is, now, I’m here thinking “what else have they taken out of my car?”

Larry here at the 493 burnside Rd in Gresham was amazing! I walked in not knowing how to pick out windshield wipers for my truck! He helped me right away! I was in and out with in 15 minutes he even helped put them on!! I will be back for more if my truck and or car needs anything!! I work in retail and we need more in this world like him!!!

My daughter went in the other day to buy a battery and have it installed, the people that worked there (a tweaker with glasses, and a little fat boy) kept calling her stupid and dumb for not knowing how to install it. I will never ever give them my business ever again. This is completely unacceptable behavior and these people should be held accountable! How is my daughter dumb if she’s in college and you are a grown person working at Autozone for 14 dollars an hour! ???
