The store representative, Shannel S, exhibited rudeness during my interaction. It appears that she may not be satisfied with her role, as she was unwilling to answer questions or provide explanations. I recommend that she receive additional training in customer service. Consequently, I do not plan to visit this AT&T store located at 533 NW Division in Gresham Station again. Instead, I prefer to spend my money where I feel welcomed.

This store is a total joke, it's the same as going to a DMV. First of all the waits are ridiculously long with only 3 people working on average and once the workers are done helping customers, instead of helping the next customer they talk to their friends about nails, yes, about nails. Just save your time and nerves and try to call them instead of walking in.

I worked with “Awesome Austin “ at the store in Gresham and found him to be a SUPERIOR salesman for your product! He was courteous and kind as well as making me feel like I was the most important customer in the store! I am a realestate agent and valued his expertise with people! I recommend a raise for him and any recognition he should have! I will always work with him when I buy my new phone!!! Treat him well !!

Rushed me in and didn't pay attention to what my boss and I were saying. Sold me the wrong phone and keep saying that It was the right phone. When I got back to work looked at receipt and phone of coworker from 11/30/23 she sold me the wrong phone. The worst part is all this information is on Our Work account. Rude uncalled for. She was more interested in her friend that was there.

Isaac and the other team at the Gresham Station ATT store are wonderful! They spent over an hour helping me solve a problem with my Apple iPhone that wasn’t even an ATT issue. They reinforced why I should stay with ATT instead of switching to a “cheaper” carrier. I hope ATT realizes the value of rewarding/retaining great employees!

I just want to say Thank you sooo much to Mayra at this store and that I really appreciate her help, every time I come here with bill issues she helps me with a very beautiful smile on her face, she is very efficient and kind! She knows how to her job well and she always makes sure that the problem with my bill gets resolved. She has a strong conviction to do her job right and she is here to help!!!

Mayra had great knowledge and energy that made the AT&T experience with her amazing. Her wholesomeness along with her positive outlook and happy approach on every interaction goes a long way.
