“Wonderful to go to a truly honest business. I brought my 5 yr old Dyson Cintic Ball in because the beater head stopped working. I thought and they also thought that the beater was the issue. The ordered me another one and I had also asked for it to be cleaned. When I picked it up it was only the price of the cleaning (99) instead of (249) ! They were able to clean the Dyson and the beater started working again! Praise God! Very honest, they could have made more money if they had not been honest instead they went above and beyond my expectations. I really needed to see that and experience that yesterday, the world has not been kind to me for a long time and this definitely boosted my spirit. Thank you”

“I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit.
