“I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit. When he couldn't match it with anything in his store, I concluded it was the adapter that came with the dishwasher that was wrong.I'm still on the hunt for the correct part but I want to recognize Mike and Ferguson Plumbing Supply Gresham for being so knowledgeable, friendy and they gave me professional advice that you would never get at Home Depot or Lowes.If you need materials, supplies or advice, go see them at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.”

“I mostly use the garden center, so this review is only for that part of the store. The potted plants here are always healthy and ready for whatever you have in mind. Put them in the ground, in pots, raised beds .... as long as you've done the prep - they're gonna make it. Speaking of prep, they have every variation of miracle grow, but you can reject that hegemony and buy something that isn't mostly chemicals. Organic soil, compost and mulch are available in large quantities. There are organic and specialty fertilizers in out of the way spots. The worm casings are inside, and you can also find fish fertilizer tucked on a shelf. You'll have to walk past a mile of poisons to get there. Seriously. Maybe try some companion gardening to deal with pests instead of nuking everything. And don't get me going on that planet killing weed killer. A tiny bit of scrolling through your pocket library of Alexandria will give you an idea of which plants need more or less light, and if you want an easier way, most of the pots also have qr codes you can scan for specific details on care. Oh, and pots! Lots and lots of pots. The inexpensive plastic ones look just as nice as the others, and they won't break your back to move them once they are full of soil and beautiful growing things. Trellises, wire, bricks, wine barrels, everything. The check out in the garden center is quick and the folks who work there are super nice. Walking away with a cart full of plants and soil is like making an investment in happiness and health. What a great way to find a happy spot in a mean old world.”
“I was looking for a specific pressure washer and though the app said it was in stock, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the associates in garden for help and saw what I saw and said they were out. I showed he the count on the app and asked her if she could check into it to see if they were stored somewhere else and she promptly turned to another customer and began helping him.I went to customer service and Bobby promptly found some in overhead. He called Katie and she was quick to physically locate them. She found a lift operator and got them pulled down. There were several frustrating events that lead to delays but she stuck with it even going to get a cart and loading it on the cart for me. Several customers interrupted her to get her attention and she persisted with me to be sure I got what I needed while remaining polite to the other customers. I have to say Bobby was very helpful and Katie was super helpful. Best service I have ever received at HD without question and I am a contractor that is in here almost daily.Katie J turned around what looked like it was going to be a bad experience into one to remember.”
“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. Good work, Depot! I appreciate this service to the community.”

“After first going online to confirm items were available for purchase or pickup, I drove to the Home Depot, as it gave time to locate items desired. From the website, a friend and I knew which aisle and bin those items were located. The layout of the store left me wondering why a variety of items weren’t in the general areas of the hanging signs to indicate where the desired items were. Most aisle numbers were obscured from vision, but I am sure the numbering scheme made sense to someone… I caved and asked a staff wearing the orange apron and pointed me to the aisle I was seeking. I went to the area he mentioned, but didn’t find an aisle number on the aisle. It was visible from one direction. I saw a location for the item I desired, but the display and all the items in the corresponding bin were.missing. Checkout was a self-service affair. I mmediately walked to a vacant machine, only to find it non-operational. I walked back out of the self-serve area and saw a line had formed to use the machines that were operational.
Later I went home and queried the items for sale. I was able to get several remaining items , as well as one I.hadn’t previously known about. I ordered the items and they were delivered quickly and for a more reasonable price than I would have paid Home Depot - had they been in stock.”

“I had a nearly-new Bissell Crosswave that started leaking badly from the water tank. I was skeptical anyone could do anything since it was outside the store return window and I wasn’t sure about the manufacturer warranty. So glad I took it to Stark’s Vacuums. They figured out that it was a known defect and coordinated with Bissell to get a brand new replacement unit at no cost to me. This place will be my first stop whenever one of my vacuums starts acting up.”
