Paid for alignment. Before I paid, I discussed specifically what I wanted, and what the problem was. Despite that it's not what I got. I noticed the front was not done correctly. Came back to discuss with owner who is actually a nice guy. However he didn't want to do it correctly, so he gave me back all the money.A complete waste of my time. I took the car down the street two blocks and they fixed it up in no time.Alignment 50s equipment is out of calibration.See attached before and after specs. You can see how far off Alignment 50s work was. I didn't even have to explain much to the shop who did the job right. As soon as I mentioned what was going on they took one look at the front end and could, just like myself, see the alignment was incorrect.Would not recommend alignment 50 or their equipment.Update 8/17 - Alignment 50 damaged two of my wheels as well. One of them is in the pictures attached to this review These are grooves you can feel with your fingernail, not just surface marks.....

I think they need to change their name because it does not cost fifty bucks anymore my car was 90 and my girlfriend's car was 129 so alignment 50 is for no cars on the on the list

I have been going to this shop for the last five years. They always get my alignment correct and drive straight. I had previously had bad experiences with Les Schwab. The price they charged here is very reasonable.Service: Wheel alignment

They are use cheapest parts and take money like dealer. Also never complete repairs. Don’t fix your cars there.

Had a great experience, diagnosed a couple issues that I did not know I had with suspension and tires, and did not even charge me additional. Got an alignment and was in and out in under an hour, charged me much less than expected. Friendly tech and behind desk. Highly Reccomend for any Gresham alignment services!Services: Wheel alignment

I was not able to get an alignment done due to needing parts. They were honest and told me what was needed. Some shops would just do the alignment and send you on your way. Will go here again!

For sure one of the most honest and fairly priced shop around. Brought in my F150 thinking it needed an alignment because it had a slight pull to the right. I suspect a small misalignment or road crown was causing the pull. After their inspection I was informed my alignment was fine and charged a very fair and modest fee. There are so many dishonest people/shops out there always out to make a quick buck or scam you. It’s great to find one that doesn’t.

I got referred to Alignment 50 from another shop because my car is low, sitting on HKS adjustable springs. I brought my car in because there was a vibration when I would go past 55mph. I also had a camber set on the front wheels and I wanted that adjusted. TPMS sensor was on, low air in tires. The owner, or I think he was the owner of the shop, Vitaliy, did the job and did it right. Straightened the camber, rotated my tires, aligned everything properly and balanced all the wheels. Oh, turns out I have a slightly bent wheel which he rotated to the back so that there is no vibration anymore, Vitaliy also recommended a shop called “the wheel doctor” to fix bent wheels. I’m driving to Seattle tonight and that should give me a good long time to test out the differences. Thank you!Services: Wheel alignment
