Thank you so much everyone for helping and working on my car front struts..... So much smoother driving, feels like a brand new car ride. Thank you Roy and to all who serve there you are a blessing from heaven . Thank you Roy for dropping me off at home and for picking me up once my car was done. I don't know of any auto company that does that today, it sure was a huge help and blessings . July 25th, 2024. Keep up the Amazing work. Awesome folks, helped me out of a "heated situation"
Family van had the AC go out just before a road trip. They got me in and fixed in half of a day. Roy and the crew for the win!!! Can't say thank you enough!

Roy and his team provide great auto service. It is nice having a service I can trust. There are too many auto repair shops out there that try to sell services you don't need or are over priced on what you do need. It is a little out of my area but worth the drive and time. The new shocks on my truck have it riding nice again.

We struggled to find someone to help with repairs on a 04 Hyundai Santa Fe and were directed to 3 C Auto. Really glad we were! We had a great experience. Service was fast and everyone was friendly. Tiffany at the shop was extremely helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about 3C as they have always offered great rates and workmanship. Their communication is superb and I can depend on my car being repaired in a timely manner.

Was referred by Dan to see Roy at 3 C Automotive. Needed to replace headlights on my truck. Cody did a wonderful job. For a 25 yr old truck it looks like new.

3 WEEKS. HAVEN’T TOUCHED MY CAR. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY MIKE FROM TRANSMEDIC WHO IS AMAZING, AND DID A GREAT JOB FOR MY VEHICLE. SO I TRUSTED HIS WORD. BUT THESE GUYS CAN’T EVEN COMMUNICATE WITH ME, FIRST IT WAS TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 26th, THEN TUESDAY OCTOBER 3RD. I CALLED ON FRIDAY 6TH TO GET AN UPDATE. I HAD TO CALL!!! THEY DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO KEEP ME UPDATED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK ON IT.
GUESS WHAT. IT’S FRIDAY 13TH. STILL NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE OUNCE OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE DON’T TOCUH MY CAR, OR TRY TO CHARGE ME. YOU’VE BEEN NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE WITH ME. I WILL HAVE SOMEONE PICK IT UP, AS NOW I AM LEAVING THE COUNTRY AND HAD EXPECTATIONS I WOULD HAVE ALREADY HAD MY CAR BACK BY NOW :) THANKS!!!!

Too small and overwhelmed with operations and customer communications to fully trust them and go back. Too many other independent shops to try if not a dealer.
