Amazing experience. Their customer service is above and beyond comparison. My contact was with Rob. He returned my phone calls quickly, answering all my questions and ones I hadn’t even thought about. We had some difficulty finding the business. I called and Rob stayed on the phone until we got there. He was so kind and patient. He is very knowledgeable on all products. We purchased the zip line for our grandkids and are looking forward to getting it set up and having fun times. I know if we have any questions Rob will be there to help. Thanks Rob

Great package. Shipping to East Coast was quick. 320 ft zipline setup was done in 2 hours. Kids have been riding for hours every day. Thanks for the years of fun

I'd like to share that if you're considering a zip line these guys are great to deal with. Calling them for tech support was like calling and chatting with a friend that happens to be knowledgeable about all things zip line. I determined early on that I needed a larger tree sling for one end of my line. I got the 500' kit with double turnbuckles. I could have gotten around buying a new sling by just wrapping the tree and clamping it but that method would have eliminated one of the turnbuckles and ate up about 12 feet of the run. I measured my tree while on the phone and they got me the proper sling coming my way at a fair price. As of now I have my new XL sling yet still waiting on an underground gas line to be marked but I plan to be zipping soon!
