I'm on OHP, stopped by on the way to an engagement to jump in the shower. The lady wanted to charge me $13 for service I'm to get with OHP card. Apparently the bureaucracy lag is worth bad customer experience.

Ladies at the front desk are very nice, here's the big issue... Open showers this isn't high school and it's extremely uncomfortable.... They were nice enough to let my son into the back shower right before they closed but the guy that was in the back cleaning the bathrooms was a complete a****** and made my son get out of the shower while he still had soap and his hair...
Everyone was told that he was going back there but this guy insisted on getting him out. It was definitely a bad experience except for the ladies in the front.

I wish they would spend a little on upgrades. The women's locker room is really run down. Only gym I've been to in the last 10 years that doesn't have private showers.

Friendly atmosphere. Lots of choices of activities and equipment. I just wish the pool area had outside air in nice weather. It gets kinda suffocating with no air flow.

This place is great. The trainers are really good and really nice. My trainer is Liz Barnes. She couldn't be nicer and she really personalized my workout. I have a bad back and she never did anything to aggravate it. This is a Christian based company and I love that.

Went to the pool today swam around for a bit Ben got into the hot tub with my sons chemical levels according to way too high!!!!! even though it was a saltwater generated system clearly they have people that don't know what they're doing with operating the system they tested it said it was way over but it was supposed to be never ask for people to get out and then continue to add more chemicals to the hot tub while people were still in it which may I add is illegal!!!!We know it was too high is our eyeballs were burning from just sitting in it for 5 minutes it's been 6 hours later my eyeballs are still burning Superior skin still hurts and itches.
