Received a check in the mail from Silicon Valley Bank. Looked too good to be true so went into Wells Fargo for advice. A very nice gentleman named George helped us and pointed out that Silicon Valley Bank is now permanently closed. He told us how this could have been a financial disaster in so many ways. It was just another scam. I have been with Wells Fargo for 25 years and once again they have been very professional and of great service!

Getting pretty tired in the lack of customer service! Been banking with Wells Fargo since 1994! ... here for over seven years with little to no issues until this year! Once they failed to communicate when my debit cards was compromised, and now anything past 6 months you can kiss goodbye! Mind you I have 4 accounts with Wells Fargo to include three business and one personal. Today went to the window just to deposit a local check in one of my business accounts. Apparently, Dillon couldn't figure it out and instead of asking for help from a peer he blamed me for this issue! yeah! Great customer service! NOT! There is definitely a problem with their training of employees so with that being said once I have the time I will be removing every penny and closing every account! They no longer care about the customer! OH and don't get me started on their nickel and dime fees! Go bank with CHASE!

The ATM on Williams Hwy has been out of service for over a week. Normal for that ATM is out of service for 9 days out of 10. When is it going to be fixed? If ever? When the Out of Service sign is up, there are usually 2 other options when it is working. Those being No Cash Available or Depositing not available.

Just went in there to tell them my brand new credit card that I just received and activated because my old one got hacked already has fraudulent charges on it! All I got was why don't you go home and call the number on the card I expect a little more from my bank people than that I think it's time to change Banks but I guess what's the point everybody's getting like that nobody really wants to help anymore sadly

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 18+ years. I’ve put millions through their hands. After the service I received from this location in Grants Pass, I will never use Wells Fargo Bank to the capacity I have been for the past almost two decades. Their inability to sympathize with longterm loyal customers is despicable. The Manager Mark even had the nerve to threaten to close my military veteran account due to me getting upset and using a louder voice than I maybe should have. If corporate would like to hear more details of this miserable experience, please contact me.

Once again they're holding a Wells fargo check going into a wells fargo account. Closing branches and cutting hours prob time to just switch banks!
