From the corner of happy to healthy to UTI and hold your pee. Went after work around 6:45 p.m. to stock up essentials for my med cabinet, first aid and supplements with my HSA card, at least $400+ in shopping and was told the bathrooms were closed. No sign , nothing to indicate this except they were locked. I couldn't hold it so left to use a restroom AND do my shopping elswhere

Very dishonest place. I don't live here. I don't shop at Walgreens. I walked over to get something cold to drink and the prices they list are intentionally incorrect. 2 for 3.50 should mean 2 for 3.50, not 2 for 3.50 if you give us a valid phone number, name, and email address. Why do I have to give you my personal Information for you to honor your listed price. I hope you go out of business. I will never step foot in any Walgreens again. It's not about the 3$ price difference, it's about the principal. No business is going to "lose" profit. They make more money selling your information than they do with the sale. Absolute criminals.

I am in the midst of my 2nd TKA and have to use Walgreens with my Medicare/UHC insurance. 1st knee replacement Post Op Meds were called in to Grants Pass Walgreens from hospital on 12/14/2023 so I could pick them up on way home next day. Meds were not ready until 12/19/2023 with no concern just stating short staffed. 2nd knee replacement refill of pain meds called in to Grants Pass Walgreens on 3/28/2024 and it's now 4/2/2024 and I have waited in pain 5 days once more. Their response is they only have 1 pharmacist. That is unacceptable for us to hear and wait for meds. I am a retired RN, and wonder how it would feel to tell you that I only have 1 nurse today, so your loved one will probably not recieve their meds today, again. We would have been shut down in the nursing field if this ever happened, and were mandated to hire traveling nurses. NOT HAPPY.

I very rarely give a poor review, but I feel compelled to help others avoid this specific pharmacy, so they can quickly get their prescriptions filled without issues! I've never experienced such poor service at a pharmacy. Walgreens never filled my order, I had gone back twice upon their request, and the last time the pharmacy cashier said they were closed and I needed to leave (it was only 6pm). Her tone and hand gestures were completely rude, I was very polite and asked a couple questions, which she didn't want to answer, but made it very clear she wanted me to leave. So I called the doctor and asked them to send the prescription to RiteAid, which they quickly did. The people at RiteAid were so kind and helpful...very good customer service. Therefore I would highly recommend anyone to go to RiteAid first when in Grants Pass, Oregon instead of Walgreens. I always go to Walgreens in my home state, but it's definitely not the same experience, so save yourself the hassle and go to RiteAid!

I feel like I don't trust the people that leave the reviews here. They're probably just grumpy old people who didn't have patience and also didn't treat the employees nicely. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
Y'all rock Walgreen peeps❤️

I wanted to share an experience I had that would probably have been an unpleasant one if it weren’t for the amazing actions that one of the female workers chose to do;So I never really knew about the rewards you get and how you get money for purchases and what not so when they told me about it I signed up for it of course who wouldn’t? And so after gathering up some cash rewards I finally wanted to redeem them and I had no money for cigs so I thought it would be great if I could use the reward money for that, well low and behold the woman tells me that that is one of the things you can’t buy with the rewards (wish I knew that beforehand) she stated you cannot get any tabbaco products or milk/dairy products with the money you get as rewards, but anything else you can use it for. I was only there to try to get the one thing and so I basically said well that sucks thanks anyways I guess and I went to go out the door, and all the sudden I hear the other woman say mam here and she literally gave me a pack of smokes that had a couple cigarettes in it because I wasn’t able to purchase the cigs with the reward cash and what not hands down amazing woman right there and she deserves a raise! She had brown hair was rather fair skinned, how I wish I could have gotten her name so that she could be recognized more for her amazing humanitarian soul!

2x month. I call in prescriptions. I go to store after suggested pick up time, wait in a LONG line. EVERY TIME!!!! 2times a month! And the order is not ready. Even if I go in a few days after it was to be filled. Then I have to wait in long line again. Difficult because I'm a caregiver for someone I cannot leave alone. The excuse is there are not enough employees. If a prescription says it's to be filled on a Monday, why is it still not ready on Friday? Horrid horrid horrid experience twice a month!

Have twice now made appointments for vaccinations. Still have to stand in line and wait.(both times the line took at least 25 minutes)Then fill out paperwork and then wait for pharmacist to give vaccines. Both times it was an hour and a half AFTER my appointment time before I actually got the shots. They need to expedite people who have appointments somehow.

Bought a gift card sent to a friend ended up having a zero balance thought might be good idea to tell a manager who could not care less that the card was bought in her storeCareful of gift cards purchased there

Sadly I need to agree with other folks at this time - avoid getting your prescriptions filled here or signing up for vaccinations (it just took 45 minutes wait for my preschuled appointment).During that time I got to hear the staff talk about how tired and really didn't want to be there, but would rather be home watching TV. Very unprofessional.Best for last when I asked about my prescription and why it was delayed, they told me that the pharmacist did not agree with my prescribing doctor and that my doctor had to contact the pharmacist before they would release the medication - I've heard a lot over many years, but never this one.So, if you have other options, stay away from here, at least for now - this is the third pharmacist in a year so who knows

Had Lacy as a cashier, she was amazing and up beat, helping with a fedex drop off, coupons and saving me a bunch of money. We need more employees like her! Thank you Lacy!

Ordered a brand of drug that didn't have talc (asbestos), but the pharmacist Cyrus decided to cheat me, and ship a brand that had talc. This brand was arranged by Walgreen's Regional manager who spent a substantial amount of time, and effort to have the drug shipped from a warehouse back east to the warehouse that serves Grants Pass, OR, but the Grants Pass Walgreens decided to ship the wrong drug anyway. I telephoned Grants Pass Walgreens on 11-27-23, spoke to the pharmacist Cyrus who was defensive, and said that's the way the doctor wrote the prescription, but the doctor's prescription could have been filled with the right drug since prescriptions don't typically indicate a brand specific. I'm no expert so even if the prescription was wrong, the pharmacist had an obligation to either request a corrected prescription from the doctor, or notify the patient, and failed to do either. This is a bad pharmacy with a very bad, and dangerous pharmacist who works there by the name of Cyrus.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!! Quite possibly the worst place in GP!!!! I waited for 10-15 min in the pharmacy line for a dreaded Flu shot!!!!!! In front of the pharmacy there was even a BIG sign touting how you can get the flu shot here!!!! When I finally got up to the window and told the girl I wanted a flu shot, she asked the so called pharmacist, who was slumped over the table, if he (short, bald...) could give me a flu shot or if I needed to make an appointment? He looked over at me and looked at her and said APPOINTMENT!! That's the only thing he said. I immediately felt discriminated against and left. The customers that were in front of me trying to pick up refills, that they had called in, were told to come back another time as they weren't ready!!! They weren't able to handle that either!!!!!!!!!! As I was leaving the store, 2 lazy workers were standing in the aisle just talking about their personal lives while this lady was looking for some help I wished her good luck and went on my merry way!!!!!! I won't be back here!!!! In addition, this pharmacy takes an hour lunch break and doesn't work weekends so what is the problem here??????? This is the PRIMA DONNA of pharmacy's where the workers get weekends off and lunch breaks!!!!! Yet EVERYONE in the pharmacy dept. seems ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE!!!!! They could care less about serving the residents of GP!!!

I'm giving this review only based on my experience with the pharmacy. I did not shop there otherwise. I use another Walgreens in my home town and needed to fill 2 prescriptions while on my trip. (Side note: I tried to get this done before leaving but the one day I could pick them up, my local Walgreens was closed...I mean the entire store...because of a glitch in their payment system) I could never through on the phone so I went in. Only 2 people ahead of me, but only one employee working the register and the drive through and the vaccinating. It took awhile! I was about to compliment her on how calm she was with all she had to do, but no. An apparently new girl came to the register when it was my turn and she didn't know how to transfer a script so she had to ask that other gal. Then she told me that I did not have any refills but my other pharmacy had told me it was ready. So I politely mentioned that and was asking her to double check. She told me I had to call the doctor to send them the prescription, that there were NO refills since August. Weird because i just went to the eye Dr and they usually update it and dbl checked the pharmacy. Then this calm person got hot with me to where I looked at her and put my hand up and said "it's ok, it's ok, it's ok". I did not mean to touch a nerve or be the one to cause her to go postal! It was quite uncomfortable. I opted not to return and chose RITE AID instead! By the time I was leaving the line was so long! I'm guessing there was a good 30 plus minutes wait!

The horror never ends. If you have anything besides a refill you can put in online or on the phone you literally have to drive to the store to talk with a human. By far the worst in this county
