I'm giving this review only based on my experience with the pharmacy. I did not shop there otherwise. I use another Walgreens in my home town and needed to fill 2 prescriptions while on my trip. (Side note: I tried to get this done before leaving but the one day I could pick them up, my local Walgreens was closed...I mean the entire store...because of a glitch in their payment system) I could never through on the phone so I went in. Only 2 people ahead of me, but only one employee working the register and the drive through and the vaccinating. It took awhile! I was about to compliment her on how calm she was with all she had to do, but no. An apparently new girl came to the register when it was my turn and she didn't know how to transfer a script so she had to ask that other gal. Then she told me that I did not have any refills but my other pharmacy had told me it was ready. So I politely mentioned that and was asking her to double check. She told me I had to call the doctor to send them the prescription, that there were NO refills since August. Weird because i just went to the eye Dr and they usually update it and dbl checked the pharmacy. Then this calm person got hot with me to where I looked at her and put my hand up and said "it's ok, it's ok, it's ok". I did not mean to touch a nerve or be the one to cause her to go postal! It was quite uncomfortable. I opted not to return and chose RITE AID instead! By the time I was leaving the line was so long! I'm guessing there was a good 30 plus minutes wait!

These pharmacy workers are great, yea I might have to wait on hold a while but it's not their fault. They have always figured out my prescriptions. These 1 star reviews are from crusty old people and rotten young people who just do t understand much. The pharmacy techs are great, and will help you if you're a nice human

Pharmacy! If I could leave negative stars, I would.\\nI've never come across such RUDE and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL people. Including the pharmacist! He argued with me about the meds I've ordered for the last two years, every month, over the phone (a usual 2-3 hour hold time, so kinda hard to forget)\\nTelling me I'm wrong and those meds can't be ordered over the phone! And not in a nice way either.\\nDO BETTER WALGREENS PHARMACY. RETAIN YOUR HORRIBLE STAFF AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

Zero stars for this disaster don't bother calling the manager he is a rude incompetent pos Once again I have been charged for a prescription delivery that hasn't arrived asked for it to be delivered when I went to store despite leg injury to find a line 40 people long barely moving. The drive thru once again closed cause the pathetic excuse for a manager can't handle basic staffing. Maybe if he bothered to actually train and manage it wouldn't be such a huge issue. That was at 11:38 am I got a call at 6:05 telling me they forgot to put in in with the deliveries 5 hrs prior they close at 6 and are closed all weekend so I now cannot get my much needed medication once again due to their incompetence. A good manager would get his ass in his car and deliver it himself with an apology. Will be moving all medication elsewhere Monday morning. Place is a joke filing a complaint with better business bureau as well as state medical board. Play needs to loose it permit to handle medication

I got Covid, I got a prescription for Paxlovid sent into this Walgreens. I called to have curbside pickup since their drive through is closed and they wouldn't answer the phone . The automated phone system is a dead end too. I ended up having to go in with COVID and stand in line. They then couldn't find my prescription. I started to drive home (which is far away) and they called and said that they found it so I turned around and went back. I still had to go in the store with COVID. (I was masked). I sure hope that I didn't infect others. I wont be going to this Walgreens again for prescriptions. The pharmacists are not there on weekends either so I couldn't get my script until Monday which is a major inconvenience. I'm going to try to find one that is open on Saturday s.

I am so displeased with this Walgreens pharmacy...my meds are never filled when they say they are! NEVER!! I have come back so many times to be told the same thing...they haven't been filled...had to leave work to grab prescriptions that I couldn't get because they are closed on the weekend and now that I'm here they haven't been filled but said they were 4 days ago...Do better Walgreens Pharmacy!!!

I don't know how you are supposed to get your medicine! I called and after a half hour on hold, no one answered. So I tried my prescription number hoping it would go thru that way (we had been waiting for insurance review). Nope. Got put back on hold at the back of the line. Now what? Just go die!!!! I don't care how busy they are, no one should be put on ignore. When they said I was down to one caller ahead of me, I still waited about 10 minutes. I don't think they intended to make answering the phone any kind of priority.

I would give them no stars if I could. This pharmacy is one of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of care for patients is mind blowing. Two weeks I’ve been waiting on my RX and still no resolution. Staff doesn’t care to help, even though the PA is part of their job to monitor to make sure it gets done. Instead they stored your RX and move on to the next. I’ve worked in the health care for 13 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Walgreens pharmacy should be closed if you can’t provide reasonable and timely care patient’s and their RX’s.

I WAS PUT ON HOLD WAITING TO BE HELPED BECAUSE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM COULD NOT HELP ME. I WAS ON HOLD FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. WHILE IN A HOLDING PATTERN I WAS SUBJECTED TO A REPEATED RECORDING THAT BROKE IN TO INTERRUPT THE INSIPID PIANO MUZAK ABOUT EVERY 15 SECONDS, FOR A DURATION OF A HALF HOUR, THAT THEY WERE BUSY & MORE THAN THREE CALLERS WERE AHEAD OF ME. I WAS HOPEFUL WHEN THIS RECORDING CHANGED TO ONE CALLER AHEAD OF ME, THIS TOO LASTED APPROXIMATELY A HALF HOUR, THEN THE MESSAGE SWITCHED TO NOT MENTIONING THE NUMBER OF THOSE AHEAD OF ME. THIS WENT ON FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES, AND THEN I WAS SWITCHED TO A LINE RINGING THAT NO ONE PICKED UP TO BE SUBSEQUENTLY HUNG UP ON! REALLY?! OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF I WAITED TO BE HUNG UP ON. DOES ANYONE ANSWER THE PHARMACY LINE WHEN A PATIENT NEEDS TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON? NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BIA PHONE AND MY QUESTION CONCERNING MY PRESCRIPTION IS IMPORTANT BEFORE I MAKE THE $35, 80 MILE, ROUND TRIP TREK, TO GET IT FILLED! I AM LIV-ID!!I will say, this was my first time needing to call them to speak to someone who could access my records. Any dealings in the past, either in-store pharmacy window or drive through, they were efficient and friendly. They really need to improve their phone system for people who need to speak with a person when the automated system is not applicable.

THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED. I get staffing problems. BUT this is insane. People are beyond rude. Their phone system routinely hangs up on you. It's imposable to get to a pharmacist and in the end, they just don't give a rip about customers. Call the front desk? No help there. Ask for a manager, nope no manager on the job. DRIVE to central point and save the aggravation of dealing with the idiots in this store. This is beyond covid issues.

If I could give a negative 5 star review I definitely would. Since Walgreens took on all of bi Mart’s customers it Has been a joke trying to get my prescriptions that I need due to health issues. I am having to go several days without my medication even though I need them on a daily basis. I understand it’s not the employees fault. The corporation itself needs to figure out how to fix this problem.

Used to be a good pharmacy. Not anymore in my book…Never getting your prescription ready in a timely manner..Long waiting lines.. you more less have to leave pack a lunch and leave early to wait in line for at the minimum of 1-1/2 hours just to get your prescription if you are there before it opens.Tried the app for faster service.. is worthless too. I had to go to ER Christmas and needed medication for breathing and they were closed.. never are they closed.. just got my prescription late today. and that was for serious breathing issues.. I was told by a Walgreens pharmacy tech, just don’t get sick.. I just switched my prednisone to Walmart and has prescription s in 1 hour and don’t have to wait… very efficient and professional!! Bye bye Walgreens

The person working the window was lovely. However, the lady working the photo section was totally unprofessional. She said we were lucky to have the pharmacy open. For God's sake we are not getting paid to go stand in line to receive lifesaving medications. We are paying customers and she's getting paid to be rude
