It's been great working with Victor! I personally know him and heard about his dedication to work and expertise for over 20 years. If you are looking to ship anything from Oregon, you can get a quote and professional service from Victor!

Victor promises to call back in 2hours and then never does. I’ve had to contact him multiple times after promising to deliver my truck only to realize he doesn’t actually intend to do so. Waste of time and terrible service.

Awful. There was zero and very limited communication, if there was any, I (and / or) the dispatcher had to force it out of him. I never got a ETA. The car sat at the 1/2 way point for roughly a week because it was “too low” to get onto the regular trailer. Luckily, he asked if he could use a fork lift and if I had a fork lift (I shot that down fast) unlike the Datsun 510 experience shared by another reviewer. The car arrived safe and sound, no issues or extra damage on the vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs. Communication doesn’t matter to them.

Date : 11/15/2022I got my Datsun 510 shipped to NYC from Oregon. i would NOT recommend this Transport LLC comp.1st: They not good with communicating with their customers. I understand that what purchased is a project car BUT not a Junk car; The vehicle had 4 brand new tires and when it arrive to NY on the tow truck i notice that it had a flat tire but didnt question it because i assumed it was just a simple flat but when the driver drop the car off and left, I tried to put air and I notice that the air was escaping from the back (inner side wall tire). This must have been when they used their forklift to lift the datsun to transport truck. This also created by the impact of the forklift to bend one of the innner tie rods and damage to the rubber tire which the damage is a Large cut about 3 inches wide or more2nd: The reason i purchased this datsun 510 was because it was a solid clean project with most of its molding intact from what i can see in pictures and videos that the owner personally sent me. Now the lower passager side molding is all dented and damaged as well. If i had to purchase the tire, tie rods and the molding (rare) it would cost about $455.00 + . It is unfair that I paid them what they asked for which is $2000.00 to ship my datsun and then i recieved it damaged and not how i seen it in pictures/videos.I notice the molding was bended/damage and was going to let it pass until i also notice the tire was damaged & the tie rod bended/damage. That is why i am leaving this review and if he wants pictures i will gladly sent them.Again NOT recommended - other people might be luckier than me; well i wasn't so lucky good luck out there and hope you guys get your cars the way you purchase them

Courteous and professional staff. The owner is upfront about pricing and delivery times and always goes above and beyond to ensure customers get their vehicles in a reasonable timeframe. He is always available to answer any questions or concerns his customers have. Highly recommend; one of the best transport companies in the area. I will continue to use this company any time I need a car transported.

Great experience with this company. Victor went above and beyond the contract to make sure we were happy. Honest business that I would definitely recommend.

Victor's transported by car from OR to NY. He got it there within the window he'd estimated (hence the 2 stars). It was caked in salt so that I couldn't read the license plate at all and the windows were opaque. But that, I figure, is part of the risk with transporting a car cross-country in February. I paid upfront (which was my mistake) and accidentally gave a deposit to Victor, instead of to the company he was working with. When I explained my mistake to the company, they decided to not double charge me (which was very kind of them!). However, Victor has gone AWOL and I cannot rectify the situation. Since it was my mistake, I have been trying to contact Victor to make sure the company gets their fair deposit, but I cannot get through. None of the phone lines have voice mail (or the voice boxes are filled). I am very disappointed in this. I'm just glad I took a picture of the bank check before giving it to him.

The car was shipped from OR - NY. I am giving 2 full stars because the car arrived within the expected window of time. It was caked in salt when it arrived, so that I could not read the license plate and the windows were opaque. But I figure that's a hazard of having a car shipped across the country in February. What I'm really upset about is that I mistakenly paid the driver up-front and gave him the deposit which was supposed to go to the company. The company did not double charge me for my error (which was really good of them!), but they cannot get in touch with Victor to get their deposit money. This is a shame and, since I am responsible, I have been trying to call Victor myself in order to rectify things. However, although I have 2 phone numbers, Victor won't pick up and both voice mail boxes are filled. I have no way to contact him.

Had a car shipped from OR to CO. Victor's price was fair and he was always available to talk via phone in regards to any questions or issues. After speaking with many brokers with unclear terms/pricing etc. Victor's towing seemed like the logical choice. He had the car picked up immediately and had it shipped within the timeframe that we agreed upon. When there was a potential issue regarding the title being transported with the car Victor jumped right on it and tried to correct the problem, no questions asked. The issue actually ended up being on my end - the title was thought to be missing, but was actually just hidden in the cab of the car. I've shipped a few cars in the past between TX, IL, and CO and have to say that this was probably the most comfortable transaction of the bunch for me.
