I had a FEW ongoing problems on my bill that I tried to get resolved before thru Verizon to no avail. But this time, Paul Gonzalez came to the rescue! Considering it was multiple billing issues AND upgrading three phones we were there for a few hours. But the entire time Paul was absolutely pleasant and extremely helpful as we struggled through all of the issues. Even walking me thru a few "how to's" for later on my own. I can’t express how incredibly appreciative I am for all he did. It's not the company that keeps me coming back, it's employees like Paul that make the company stronger.

Andreana was amazing! She was so patient with all of my questions and had a clear way of explaining things. She makes me want to come back to this store in the future—even though I live out of town and am closer to two other Verizon stores! I usually dread this kind of thing, since I’m not very good with electronics, but she made it easy! I felt no pressure and that makes me WANT to come here to buy my next phone from her! She unravels the riddles some of us have with “techy” things. What a gem!
