Went to Verizon the other day, looking to cancel my service as they’re never seem to be any deals for current customers. Well we got Malachi Who I must say did not press us into anything but asked if he could take a quick moment to look so we said yeah 15 minutes later I was signing a new contract with a monthly bill cheaper than what I have now, go figure!!! He was very knowledgeable about the product as well as the plans and what they offer straight up. No pressure approach was very nice for change. When I go back, I will definitely be asking for him Which is saying a lot because I’m not a very easy person to satisfy…
