Whoever is on the phone is giving out bad information, specifically that a social security card or passport would be sufficient as a secondary form of ID to obtain a PO box. I know for a fact that isn't the case. I was trying to get information as a 'transient' and the operator at this location was giving out false information and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable at all.

Was great a year ago, delivered everything. Now, they don't even drive to the house. I just keep getting slips in the mailbox that say "no secure location for package" even though outside of the gate there is a large box and a sign that says packages here...

The most useless place ever. Don't expect them to help you if you lose any mail or packaging. Will not be having any mail delivered to this post office again. Sticking with Merlin where they are respectful! Who ever answers phone calls needs to be fired . She is beyond rude and snappy .

This is possibly the worst post office I have ever encountered. Lazy, rude, inefficient and flat out just suck. It’s not hard to deliver things. They will bring half of the packages and then deny that they can bring others. They pick and choose what to put in lockers or just not deliver. They have said they couldn’t get to my address on days that they had already delivered to and they refuse to install parcel lockers at the lobby. I have had to return several items due to them failing to carry out their contract.

If I could give a negative review I would. I know this is probably going to fall on Def ears but I feel atleast here everyone can read my opinion. Instead of on some form that can get shoved in a trash can and forgotten about. It has been nothing but problems with our carrier and not bringing packages to us. She throws them in the rain to get ruined. yes I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of items ruined because of her. I got the excuse that there is no spot to turn around. Yet ups and FedEx with there giant box trucks have no problems. I've even had the post master out here and he said he didn't see any reason to not come down the driveway. And now I get a note saying our driveway is too bad to drive down. It's a dirt road and it's the rainy season. There are a few more pot holes for that reason but again nobody else has had any issues getting down my driveway and they driveway down worse paved roads everyday. Also when I went in to actually talk to someone face to face I get brushed off like they didn't have time for me and told it's someone else's problem. With that kind of attitude I'd be fired immediately. As an electrician by trade if I shut power off to your house to say change out a panel you would be pretty upset if I packed all my stuff up and just left you without power. It's called customer service and further more it's called fulfilling the responsibilities of your job. I could never get away with only doing half my job responsibilities why should they?

Absolutely horrendous post office. Several times they have completely lied about attempting to deliver packages at my doorstep (I have a security camera pointing down at my front door). The latest batch of stupidity and outright lies was that they tried to deliver a package and the mailbox was full. I tried to reschedule a delivery and they refused to redeliver and instead returned to sender. Not sure how any of these people still have jobs.

Negative 5 starsFor the past 4 yrs I’ve had nothing but trouble with anyone here.First off the older women ! I’m sorry let’s bring someone new in she’s absolutely rude will never actually help resolve an issue. I don’t care if you’re the only one there smile be niceThen there’s the delivery ppl if your this lazy to lie and say there is not secure location when you clearly know there isI for one have done my share of making sure my location was approved and secureThis isn’t the first problem there have been many more !Ups had no problem coming to my gate as I was leaving they were very kind and helpfulIt’s just USPS that doesn’t want to do their job !

i just called in advance to ask about some mail pickup questions and the lady i spoke to was absolutely disrespectful. i actually had to speak to her out loud and address it to which she replied “im sorry that you perceive me as disrespectful but ~” and then went onto gaslight me while continually condescending my questions. turns out after 6 minutes of talking to her she had given incorrect information at the start of the call which caused the conflicting understanding. if i managed this place that lady would be fired in a heartbeat if i heard her speak to me so disrespectfully for no provoked reason at all. avoid this location at all costs.

I suggest extensive customer service training for the woman who works at the window of this facility. I use to audit the P.O. for customer service. This is one of the worst examples I have seen.

The woman that works the window at this location is such a wretch. She is extremely unfriendly and acts like she is being asked for a kidney anytime she has to do her job. Like literally eye rolls anytime she has to leave her chair, surprised her eyes haven't gotten stuck in the back of her head.
