I came in and upgraded some phone lines. I came in and did one with Levi he was great and helped a lot. Was in and out. I enjoyed sitting down with him. Thank you Levi! Came in the next day to upgrade my teen boys with Freddy had the same experience. Thank you Freddy! You guys are always willing to go above and beyond to help us. So friendly. Thank you. The crazy crew.

The amount if issues we have with this company is disgusting and to make it worse, your "My Account" NEVER EVER lets me log on. I have to use a computer to get online. Came in and was told tablet was free, yet we are paying it off. FEED THE RICH

We have gone in for a variety of issues over the last couple years and each time we have been led to believe one thing and end up with more problems. After canceling several devices we were still charged for the next two billing cycles. We have been quoted a bill signicantly less than what our actual bill ends up being. We have tried changing account privileges and admin control to make things on my grandmother (the account is hers) who can barely walk, and we're reassured several times that I was given admin permissions, only to be told the very next time that I did not have permission, making it an entirely wasted trip as I had to come in another day. We have had us cellular for the last decade but the last 3 years have been absolutely trash. I am unable to use my devices 80% of the time and what little connection I do have is highly unstable. As soon as I can find a more reliable service we will be switching. I would cation anyone considering this company to think twice and get a different service as you will be nothing but frustrated with uscellular grants pass.

So this is the USC store to go to in Grants Pass. After a terrible experience at the store on 6th street where I bought my last phone, a 4G lte which came without a sim card making it only a 3g phone, I was ready to leave USC and go somewhere else. Mind that I have been a customer from the start up of the company. Any way the bottom line is when I came into this store on beacon street these people did there best to get everything straitened out. 6 stars to the Manager Danny, the first tech that tried his best to get everything straitened out, on a Sunday even, and Justin who got me hooked up and was very professional in all of his explanation on how to get all of my data transferred after the initial Bluetooth transfer. Thanks Guys!

I would give them a zero stars if I could.I was told when I signed up for the agreementI was told told I was eligible for one free phone upgrade and now that I have paid off the phone they are not honoring what I was told and of course their is nothing in the contract/agreement about upgrades at all but on the app it shown this many payments until you can early upgrade.Now it is saying I can get $600 credit on a new phone.I will never do business with this lying company again

They're double charging me on something, the representative on the app couldn't fix it, said I need to call my local office and they won't answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days to get this fixed and they never answer, and when I try to speak to someone specifically in billing about the error it tells me I'm going to be charged.

Rudest employees I've ever experienced. Went in for help about my ZFlip having a big crack in the middle, basically got told "Yeah, they do that", and got no help for it in the end. Writing this on my busted phone. Absolutely condescending and irritating. Avoid this US Cellular.

This company is fraudulent. I went in there in November to close an account due to my father passing. They insisted that they would need to leave the line on for one additional month and that they would be bill my dad accordingly. I had to re-advise them multiple times that my dad had no means of paying when deceased and wanted line closed that day. At that time I also closed an additional line on my account. Today, over 1 month later I note that my bill has not decreased and see that the line is still intact. When I call to inquire they said that line was never requested to be turned off and that do to no record of this action they would not be able to back date the request for closure until today, even though it is obvious that it has not been used. I advised that I went into their location to request this on both accounts and the agent helping me advised that I would have to call to make such changes which she helped me with in store. So, your telling me that two different agents I spoke to documented this incorrectly, oh, wow, and what do you know, they got an additional month of billing to collect on. I will be leaving this cell services. Will not support a fraud of a business.

Awesome experience at the Grants Pass Beacon St. store today. Travis help me and my wife get new phones today. No BS, no arm twisting, just good recommendations on best phone and plan to fit our budget. Highly recommend. Very pleased with service!

My experience here was awful. I have delt with a death in my family and my bill has gone up substantially since I removed their line. When I came in here and let them know they were unhelpful and condescending. I was told to call customer service and get it worked out with them. Like I didn't already do that. There was no effort to try and change the plan or help in anyway. It wasn't there problem and they made that very clear. So so disappointed.
