Came in with a difficult phone transfer situation and SIM card issues. Was at the point where I was going to have to buy a new phone & get a new phone number. Neither was something I wanted to do. Especially the new number. John didn’t stop troubleshooting until he had found a solution. Walked out with my original phone and more importantly my original phone number.

Brian Holsclaw was wonderful. He was very helpful and explained all the details of our new phones and service plan. He answered all of our questions and really knows what he's doing.

Got to U.S. Cellular Allen Creek @ opening today...emergency...my S21 had died from a swollen battery, wouldn't charge anymore. Down to 44% & needed a new phone pronto! Brian was up to the task to get everything transferred to the new S24 before the battery ran out in the terminally ill old one! Brian was very knowledgeable & professional. ?

Very friendly and helpful staff in shop. Had to call in to customer service, who was not as helpful. They kept working till it got fixed.

Employees were ok called and text afew times lately but got no call back. Also had terrible service where I live, so was talked into a upgrade s24 and purchased a otter box still terrible service and stuck with a 60 dollar otter box.
