I have been waiting 3 days for my SSI. They tell me it’s there it’s just not posting and they don’t know why. They even told me others are also waiting. This is the 2nd time they’ve held my deposit. I am switching banks Monday. They have SO many hidden fees also. Not good banking hours or days as well.

Came into town said they are open tell 6pm but got here and closed…. There door says 5pm

This is the most unacceptable, poor customer service I have EVER received from a financial institution. I deposited my $540 paycheck on November 22. It was from my employer and I've deposited other times with no issues. The bank placed a 10 day hold on my check. Completely unacceptable. Thank you US Bank for ruining my Thanksgiving. I already know you don't care because after several hours spent trying to fix this, I was told time and again "Sorry for the inconvenience.. it's the way it is and cannot be fixed". Needless to say, I will be closing my account and going elsewhere

Closed and an out of service atm at both locations. Cant do buisness with them. Us bank is not safe or reliable.

I was there last week to draw out some money from my savings account and didn't have any trouble at all....only one in line too. And this was in the lock down stage of the virus. Then I shopped in the beautiful, clean, well stocked Albertsons store. Have been with US Bank since 2006 and never have had any problems. I will be back. A Senior says Thank you.

The slowest service ever. I have been with this bank since 1982 and will be switching to a bank that has customer service. In the bank now two tellers on after a holiday at a peek time.

Asked manager a direct question about possible removal of reg. T hold... she told me it wasn't possible, even though it certainly is. Tellers and manager were less than helpful. Thankfully experience is much better at other branches. Avoid this one if at all possible.

Go here if you want ripped off. Not One u.s. Bank employee will help or treat you of any value. This company has so many hidden fees. they are out to steal your money. US Bank is the worst bank
