I had a shipment sent to the local hub to spare them the trip to my rural location. Tracking informed me that the shipment arrived 4 days ago. I have been calling frequently since then but nobody answers the phone. I had been warned by an employee that it is their regular practice to ignore it. The second star is for that employee.

I went to pick up a delivery in an effort to save a trip out to my rural home. The shipping container was trashed and I refused the delivery. Everything was handled with professionalism and friendliness. Great outfit.

This location only ships pallets, or items weighing over 150lbs however the staff was helpful in giving directions to the nearest location for shipping packages.
