Probably the worst delivery service there is. Their tracking consistently shows my packages arriving in the local facility and then sitting there for days if not a week or more awaiting local delivery. As noted by other reviews, contacting them by phone is impossible. My only recourse is to visit the local Customer Center where they act as if your questions are an inconvenience and consistently tell me information they know to be incorrect day after day while I try to retrieve my shipments.They couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate company color. They turn everything they touch brown.

This location in GP will not take all returns from online merchants. It was a bit of a drag but just mainly posting for your reference. Call first and confirm before making the trip over.

You can not get anyone on the phone, and the automated voice is everything but helpfully. Great customer service. Two reviews down some a-hole says their customer service is priority. Laughable!The owner replies back with his or her canned response. Why don't you just fix the problems?

If I could I'd give you 0 stars. It's pretty bad when you can't even talk to a human when you call! All I wanted was to get a hold of the driver who had just left my house and didn't leave our package so now since its Friday we won't get our package til Monday and my granddaughters birthday is tomorrow!

I order things all month and also have my 80yr old father in laws bathroom items sent here every month, i have a huge driveway and yet they keep leaving our packages by the hwy where anyone can grab them. We are in the country and things get stolen constantly. My father in law can not make it out that far to bring in boxes. They used to put on the porch, i guess they got lazy! We will no longer use this service!

Located at the edge of nowhere. Unfriendly, and has no wifi, and can't prosses packaging with a QR code made for ups!!¡ DUH! Don't waste your time, just go to Medford.

Open 11:30-3:30pm. Whyyyy!? How INCONVENIENT! No other UPS stores in Grants Pass. Also very grumpy workers, cant spare an inch of tape to help seal a package. This place needs a revamp on everything including employees.

Drivers are good, however when mistakes are made, such as an overnight delivery (perishable too) that was not delivered to the front door as noted on the tracking, the UPS customer service was terrible and took me on endless loops before finally connecting me with agent that did not listen nor care and did not take the actions she claimed she would.People make mistakes, myself included, so this is not my complaint, rather customer service when help is needed that treats customers with contempt.

I desperately needed a package that had been shipped in the midst of my move to another town. The shipping status was never updated, then I went to the location to attempt to find the package only to be locked out upon arrival being told they were closing over an hour early. The next morning it was returned to sender. It was supplies for a job, and I wasn’t able to retrieve it in time, leaving me in a bind despite my planning and efforts. I was at the door….. my package was inside. If anyone had updated the status sooner or if they hadn’t closed unexpectedly at 2 pm this would have been prevented.

I was supposed to have my package arrive on a Friday , it required a signature , they “attempted “ delivery at 11:23am I was sitting on my couch which is right next to my front door I noticed at 11:30 bc I got a notification from Amazon for the attempt . No one knocked or rang the doorbell . I’m guessing driver was lazy and thought I wasn’t home bc I park in the garage not the driveway. I called multiples times throughout Friday and they kept telling me I would receive a call from dispatch & they where going to redeliver that day . They never did . By my 5th time calling it was around 7 o’clock and I was in Ashland working I asked if I could pick it up they said I would have to be there by 7:30 and I would have to pay a pick up fee. What a joke . I asked if my spouse could pick it up bc she wasn’t doing anything. But we just moved and haven’t changed address on id yet and we don’t share same last name so they wouldn’t allow it even if I gave permission. Now I have to wait until Monday for something that I should’ve already received all bc a lazy delivery driver didn’t want to knock or ring my doorbell.
