Botox injections; tell me I need eye surgery, b.s. asked for reverse lip, kept adding to lower lip, no change. Argued we it's me of what I wanted. Don't go there, go somewhere else that listens and talks with you not at you!!!

I've gone twice so far. First was a pedicure and a massage. Both were great. The second time was for a neo-natal massage, which I was nervous about. However it was also very pleasant and the atmosphere in the spa feels very luxurious.

I saw Denise today for a prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing! She is so talented, perfect amount of pressure. I've had a lot of massages from a lot of different people and this one was one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Denise! Also, the rest of the staff I interacted with were so kind and friendly. Really enjoyed being there today!

If anyone is thinking about getting a massage here you should know they don’t do weekends, they don’t book a massage past 3 pm on weekdays and you can’t get refunds on gift cards.

I've been here so many times and known this spa to be so reliable; however, I booked a haircut and asked for no blow dry. I was greeted very warmly by reception, as well as when I left. The stylist I had was wearing scrubs, didn't greet me, she washed my hair in cold water, didn't speak to me at all, and let me leave with sopping wet hair. I asked for no blow dry, but to have to squeeze my hair so my car seats don't get wet is a little crazy. I hate to be this person, but I've been a hairstylist for 5 years, still tipped $20, but I would have never let my client leave the way I left.

My top of my feet were chemical burned. Polish came off in the shower. Hardly soaked my feet. Wouldnt rinse gloves between products. Didnt get all products rinsed before appling next. Never go back. Feet still rashed.

The front desk staff and Stephanie the masseuse are kind, professional and accommodating.The rooms are warm, cozy and relaxing. My massages have been such a relaxing treat. I wish I could book one once a month. Thank you to all the staff that make it a pleasurable experience for me and my family.
