Do not go here unless you want to be in a VERY LOUD 90's music rave. The music was so loud several customers were uncomfortable. I asked them to turn it down, the blonde chick (rudely) said it had to be blasting like that. The other potential customer I was trying to chat with to pass the time was elderly, had hearing problems and left because they couldn't handle it either. (Would have walked straight out if I didnt have to be there to fix what the online support rep broke)

The employees lie, they are super difficult to work with. I had to spen 4 hours to get my phone replaced 3 days after I purchased it for a manufacturer defect. When the phone came in they did not contact me and when I was able to get in the store again they had sent it back and refused to reorder it as well as spoke to me in a condescending tone. Do not go here they are horrible people that do not stand behind their products or their word.

Ted is the man! He really went above and beyond to help us switch over from our old carrier and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly the entire staff here is great. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and worked with us to get the best deals available. Compared to our old network, T-Mobile has been great. Good coverage and crazy fast 5G network!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn't provide what they promised. After being told they would fix the problem and admittedly it was their mistake they never solved the problem. Was told they were working on it and would call me back,7 times, never received one call back. Was told they were to busy with customers in the store and they were priority. I would have thought fixing their mistake would have been priority. Avoid this this store.

What dreadful service! This was my third attempt to purchase a new phone. They can always order it! If I wanted them to order it, which is what I ultimately had to do, I wouldn't be there. My most recent phone purchase was a lemon! Verizon will be ecstatic if it is! Fix your mobile strategies or you'll just promote Verizon more! Have a nice day and please place your robot assistant where the sun doesn't shine!

I had the worst experience at t-mobile in grants pass. They gave me the wrong phone . Then when I tried to return it and get the phone I wanted.They continued to harass and belittle me not to exchange the phone. Which had a $105 fee to do so. They tried to blame me when it was their mistake and incompetence of giving me the wrong phone. Not worth it all.

The store manager in GP needs to work in her customer service skills. I have delt with her a few times and every time she is combative, snide and arrogant. She talks over people instead of letting them explain their issue. And when you insist on being heard she gets an attitude and very UNhelpful.
