Shopping was great, good selections, problem was at cashier. Today’s cashier was very unprofessional, rude and argumentative. She was upset with me when I asked to fold my items after she balled them up and put in the bag. Told me customer wasn’t always right, that my generation is living in a new world and I should adapt….she was extremely rude when I told her I didn’t appreciate my purchases being crammed into a bag…I did say it was t just her, that a lot of stores did it and I personally don’t like that. Won’t be using that cashier ever again.

I came in looking for a specific item and was told by an employee that most of those types of items don't even hit the floor because another employee keeps them in the back to buy when she's off

I've only shopped in here twice but both times were just awful and both times I had to return something because it didn't work or was broken but I always pay with card and I don't like having to wait for the bank so the first time they let me get my refund in cash but the second even tho I paid with the same card they said I had to wait to have it put back on the card and when i asked for Management to help because that didn't make since that I could last time but not this time she was incredibly rude and said it was policy and that i was basically lying about last time so I will not be returning i can be treated better elsewhere and actually get functional items

This location is all kinda of screwed up I've had NOTHING but issues trying to shop here Employees break policy all the time to cater to resellers and then LITERALLY scream at kids when they ask about products in store and management (Michelle) not only knows what's going on but she lets it happen I had a friend trying to checkout the other day and the cashier got all excited about what my friend was buying and with management standing right because the cashier she stopped checking my friend out to pull her phone out of her pocket and let her friend know to come pickup the rest of the product to resell and there's so many more stories I have I just don't want to type it all out but I don't recommend coming here unless you'd like to be treated poorly

Pretty good prices. Can often find cheaper items that are Sold next door at ulta for 4x the price.
