Love this place! We stay here every year for vacation. The staff is amazing and friendly. They very flexible and always allow us to check in early if we need or stay a couple of extra days. The room is always clean and has a very homey feel. It is centrally located for everything you may need. Highly recommend!

The room seemed clean until I went to sleep in the bed that was full of bedbugs and woke up at midnight full of bites. I couldn't sleep there. So I went to the office where the lady at the reception treated me very badly and she told me that the bedbugs were coming from me when they were not. They were in her bed at her hotel. She didn't want to change my room and left me on the street with my things outside at midnight. I didn't have a car and he didn't have the intention of asking me if I could at least go somewhere else or call a taxi. She made me feel super bad and was not very empathetic to the situation. I would never return to that place and I hope no one does because it is terrible. There are better places for that price and with better service. She returned my deposit money.

Starting off the manager was a absolute rude representation of the place, it smelled so awful in the room I could not even eat my food in it, the place was an absolute filth, dirty fingerprints all over the walls,splat marks, there was blood up on the ceiling. The bed is hard as a rock. Racist remarks are written inside the drawers, there was also semen on the pillows, there was also a bullet hole! that they tried to cover with putty That connected to another wall they didn’t do a good trying to cover it ether,so overall it was a very rude and disgusting place I would never come back.
Rooms: Their filthy.
Safety: Safe I’m honestly not to sure.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly desk clerk. Very reasonable rates if booking online. My room was $47 for the night. Only heater working was the one in the bathroom.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Grants Pass is a classic American small town with a walkable downtown filled with shops and restaurants. The Rogue River runs through town, attracting white-water enthusiasts in rafts and kayaks.
Safety: No problems with safety.
Walkability: Located North of town center along hwy 99. A longish walk to downtown.

Advertised check in at 3 pm. Went to office but it was locked. An Employee inside motioned us to the side window in the driveway, in the cold January rain. The employee told us we could not come inside. I tried to check in but was told I could not because the owner was not present and would not be for at least 30 minutes. I needed a shower and to be at an appointment and could not wait for the owner to arrive so I canceled the reservation. (Not) Sweet Breeze charged a cancelation fee. Repeatedly contacted the Inn but they insisted on charging. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Additionally, the parking lot is small and large vehicles like SUV's will have difficulty in it. There are SEVERAL OTHER BETTER LOCATIONS within a couple blocks. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of them!

The employees where great. The cleanliness was ok. The neighbors where friendly and quiet.I had a reservation for Tuesday and a Wednesday. We got into town from LA at six in the morning. So we had to pay a full nights stay to check in early. I later found out that it's only a $20 fee for early check in. He charged us 50. Then on Thursday we where going to rent another night. At 10:50 am we where informed that we had to pack up and leave until three then we could rent out room again. Well I just spent three weeks in the hospital so that is alot of work I tried to apologize to him for not understanding that we had to rent it again before 11 am. He then said pack your things I'm calling the police. I proceed upstairs to pack up my room. The police did show up and they where very nice to me when they seen what was going on. The manager kept our $100 deposit even though I cleaned up the place and took the trash out before we left. He told the police officers that...no they did not pay a deposit with $100. He didn't lie. We payed the deposit with 20 s. So on top of the stress this man created for me, he also stole $100 from me and I lost out on two rentals I was here to look at but I had to throw all my food out cause the next hotel didn't have a fridge.The manager is a very bad bad man and I will be calling about him stealing my money

Seeing these reviews was enough for me to cancel my reservation and go to motel 6. Seems like the only people that have a good stay...are white. Every brown person has had money stolen, police called, kicked out, etc. I don't understand how it's in business still.

I would love to tell you about the rooms, but I never got to see the inside of one. Front desk dude had the front office locked at 2:30pm and would only speak to us through the tiny nighttime check-in window. My last name was misspelled (by ONE letter) on the reservation, but both my ID and credit card match. Dude yelled at me to "go fix with expedia and come back", and I didn't use expedia. I was so confused and had no internet, so we had to find another place to stay. It was the strangest experience I've ever had with a hotel office person. Avoid this place at all costs.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a business. I booked a room for two days through Expedia and when I went to check in I was appalled at the quality of the room. It was bleak, dreary and reeked of a terrible stench. I explained to the owner's wife the situation of how we won't be needing the room and that we weren't happy with it, she was very nice and told us to call back when her husband is back. Keep in mind this is without us staying at the room in any capacity. When calling the owner about our case, he demanded over the phone that we were completely wrong and that there will be no refunds after the check in, screaming over the phone like a maniac. NEVER EVER stay here.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!!! I had a very brief, but memorable stay at this location. Harvey checked me in, and I went up to my room. There were only a few cars in the lot and there was a light on next to the room where we were staying. I decided to see if there was a possibility of moving to the next room down so we wouldn't t be right next to someone who else. All of a sudden he started acting crazy, asking if I was going to rent all the rooms or pay $150. Not sure what kind of people he has had to deal with over the years to act this way when someone asks a simple question. Pretty sad! Then he started ranting about getting out, wanting to be able to sleep at night not worrying about me, taking my stuff and leaving right away. As he watched me grab my things, he noticed that I had a bottle of wine and started going off about "wanting to party, party" and "having a good time with my prostitutes". If it weren't so sad, it would be humorous. In any case, there are plenty of other good places to stay. I ended up spending about twice as much at the Redwood In. Down the road, but it was worth knowing that I won't be dealing with crazy Harvey ever again!

Very unprofessional and hateful with extremely vulgar language from the owner, using the f word many times and screaming, he was going to f*** me up. And, he stole my $100 deposit for a small ketchup mark on the bedding sheets. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but who does that!! I'm befuddled!!! I almost called the police and then decided he was not worth my time. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!
