Went in to drop off my Amazon return today, now you drop off at the tech area, then you walk to the other side of the store to get your receipt at the copy area, getting to wait in 2 lines! Why on earth?

My husband needed a cable for our printer to connect to our printer . The associate helped him find the right cable and he showed him how to connect it to the computer. Excellent service and a pleasant person worked with him.

Medford Oregon store has a terrible manager!! Waited over 30 minutes for the manager to approve a return! She was running the Amazon return counter and would not come to the register for a 1 minute key in approval. Staples should be called Amazon return center, not office supply. Fedex guy even came in and had to wait for a signature, he said it's always like this. Will never buy from Staples nor go into this store again!! What a joke for a retail store!!
