We've had a mailbox with Speedy Pack and Ship for over 18 years and have had nothing but excellent customer service. Shawn is a "hands on" owner and his staff is just as attentive as he is. The varied services they offer and the cheerful dispositions of the employees have made our experience with Speedy not only positive for mailing and shipping, but also a relationship of confidence and trust. They are literally the best mail center that Grants Pass has! Thanks to Shawn and staff!

Absolutely the best place in town. Handles all our shipping needs. The entire staff is always cheerful and inviting Today Meadow greeted me with a smile and handled my postage needs for my child's graduation announcements! YOU ALL ROCK!

Apparently you're twelve years old when you play certain games in the store. Employees are very disrespectful and like to talk like high schoolers behind the counter. Made my experience very uncomfortable just to get my fingerprints done. Do better.
Edit: I find it very curious you even knew I had to come back. Which means I assume you're aware of the disrespectful remark you're employe made.
I had NO issue with having to come back or waiting in line. Granted I was frustrated having to leave and come back, It was my fault i miss read the email. I was very respectful and polite despite this frustration.
My issue was the disrespectful remark in return of my polite behavior, on what phone game I was planning. Witch is none of their business and should not have been committed on. I waited in line without complaint, busy myself until it was my turn. I was perfectly respectful to your employe handling my scanning.
I'm on the spectrum, and having to deal with these particular encounters are not okay. I understand banter But calling me a twelve year old because I play a game is completely disrespectful.....

Shawn must not know the meaning of “customer service”. I’m unsure why people even work/own places like that when the foundation of the company is customer service, yet they can’t even provide that. Everyone else is great!

So I've been coming here for all my fingerprinting needs and the staff have always been courteous and professional. So today I decided to try them for shipping, and got Tammy. She was fast, the price was right, and she was extremely congenial. I think this is going to be my go-to shipping place whenever I'm on the other side of the river.

Staff is very friendly and pay close attention to the details of your shipment to make sure everything is in order. If you have specific instructions, they're on it. If you want them to just ship the thing to the place with no hassle, they got that too.
