Beware of dishonest salesmen at this ATT store on Agness St. in Grants Pass trying to sell you devices or services (extra lines, insurance, "free" products) for "free" or that are "required" that you will be charged for later on your bill. We've had nothing but great experiences in the past at this store (in the past purchased a cellphone and an ipad), but had to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau this month to be refunded $460 for a "free" ipad that was pushed on my husband and I when all we wanted was a new cellphone. Not to mention the cellphone insurance that was "required" along with the phone. The ATT corp - who has nothing to do with this independently owned store - refunded our money ultimately. We can now never deal with this convenient, local store again. Such a dishonest, disheartening experience with one particular salesman.

Read the rest of the reviews! I really don't like to leave bad reviews, I like to leave room for people having a bad day, but the folks here at AT&T have forced me to make and exception. I'll spare you the blow by blow but here are some of the highlights: 1. Two trips to fix my working but suddenly unconnected to a cellular network phone. First was right after they opened at 10am. Sole clerk present spends 40 minutes setting up new phone plan for first customer. I am #3. Watch customer after customer come in and leave. After 45 minutes sole clerk finally gets to me. As soon as she begins telling me she can't (won't) help. Two minutes more clerks magically appear from a back room and begin socializing. Apparently they've been there the entire time I waited and customer after customer came and left, frustrated with the wait time and "single" clerk. 2. Second trip, same day. Nothing changed. Same clerk now troubleshoots phone to no avail. Asked to call 800 number. Transferred three times and hung up on after half and hour on phone. Went home to try 800 number from there. After looking at the other reviews online nothing surprises me about what I read. I hope you're looking before you wasted your time going there like I did.

The worst customer service ever! Was told the phone would be free through a special deal. I was charged for the phone and spent 10 months trying to get Jay to make it right. I called every couple of weeks, went to the store and wanted for Jay to return, send text messages and nothing was done. I finally sent a complaint to the Public Utility Commission before the situation was might right. Corporate AT&T made it right, Jay did nothing.

Excellent customer service! Jay was super helpful and knowledgeable with the products. He got me set up with exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend him and his store.

Very dishonest. Sub par customer service. Lied to our faces and cheated us out of $400. I am a loyal AT&T customer of 23 years in good standing. I will never go to this store again.

The near body personal attention in account in paying a bill and the online verification after doing so in saving paper. The condition also being AT&T has always been affording to be very helpful when technical difficulty have occurred. I am a satisfied customer.
