Sucks! I cancelled a routine appointment days in advance. Then a week later, called for a sleeping pill (not oxycoton!) refill. They punished me by denying me a refill i’d been on for almost a year!! They said, see the doctor first!!

This place can be a joke the doctors in the walk in clinic do more than my actual doctor and his name is Chris Cielinski I just started him as my primary doctor because I have a lump under my tongue he has no clue what it even could be and after I did a cat scan it took over two months for my referral to get to the ear nose and throat doctor the only reason they got it after two months is because I called siskyou wondering what the heck was taking so long,no one from his office has returned a single call back,and for all I know I have a god dam tumor growing in my mouth. they have zero communication, the place is trash don’t waste your time with that place if you do have to go there I only recommend there walk in clinic

I took my youngest daughter to the walk-in clinic, and although we were told it would be about a 2-hour wait, they were probably the fastest place we've visited in awhile. Most of the other urgent care or immediate care centers have a scheduled appointment thing, but we tend to sit for up to 4 hours before going in.Anyhow, the medical staff was sublimely kind, caring, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and would visit them again.

First off wouldn't even give them 1 star if it wasn't the lowest option. Second off worse medical clinic in the world. They just dropped one of my loved ones as a patient, said they're workers were working too hard... how un-professional. And Kim waller is probably the worst doctor in that place and i think it would be best of she was fired ASAP. Never taking any friends, family, or even kids here EVER AGAIN!!!

The worst place in the world with the worst doctors. Zero professionals, zero compassion, that place is disgusting and the dredge with a wart on its eyebrows is the worst of all. What a shame to have to pay for their poor medical services. I hope they really get better and have more common sense and compassion. ??

Well, this was a waste of my time once again. I wasted three hours to see somebody and there was nothing she could do for me. I have been in excruciating pain with apparently arthritis in both shoulders and groin first time ever she just told me to take more Tylenol and Advil combined she was nice enough, but I’ll never go there again whatever happened to good healthcare. They for sure take your money, but they don’t do a damn thing to help you welcome to grants Pass medical care to thumbs down?

Nothing says service like receiving a referral for care to an office you've never heard of, in a town you don't live in when you didn't ask for it! Oh, and the clincher, that new referral trumps the referral to the clinic you're supposed to go to in a couple weeks... thanks SCHC.

Great walk-in clinic friendly staff they help me with my paperwork. Help me find a regular doctor. Have a pharmacy right there. They also take OHP. There's also a dentist in there. If you're in serious pain and need a dentist right away, they have walk-ins Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on Thursdays 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m.

I've gone here a long time, and loved it for a long time.In the last three months I've been ignored, passed off and fallen through the cracks more times than can count - sometimes on fairly urgent matters.Currently waiting on a prescription that I radioed in for on Friday, was told a week later that it would put through today, but it was never put in the system.There's been 0 follow up and most recently it took my primary 2months just to look at my lab results.Labs they forgot to schedule to begin with, after telling me they'd do it "right now".This is not to mention how hard it is to get a timely appt, or the referrals that never seem to happen.Maybe it'll be better when the remodel is done, but for now? It's rough. It's really rough.And it takes a lot for me to get to this point.Do better guys.
