My wife had a pretty poor experience with Nails by Hannah today. I told Hanna I didn't know if my wife wanted shellac or gel or what not because frankly I didn't know. It just seems unprofessional not to bring other materials or schedule enough time for proper services. And if your client tells you her feet are cold turn up the water ffs. She said herself it's a cold brick building..

I had the absolute worst nail experience ever with nail tech Hannah! Do not waste your money on her!! Got there and she wasn't set up. Asked "Alexa" to play music as she left the room to go get her stuff for the apt and started blaring rap music using the N word many times. She returned and lowered the volume but continued to play the same explicit music. Initially she asked me to sit in the chair and pick out my color. She only has gel btw. I told her I would like regular polish because gel is damaging but that isn't something she offers. Moving on, this apt didn't start by soaking my cuticles or heels in warm water. She just went right to the shaping and painting my nails. I asked if she was going to soak my feet and she said that she does that at the end. This is the complete opposite of any other pedicure I have ever had; Completely counter productive. Soaking your feet allows for your skin to soften so I am extremely confused by her method and frankly strongly disagree. So I sat there with ice cold toes and let her finish painting. Then once she turned on the water she asked me if it was warm enough. I told her no but she didn't turn the temperature up. Then she scrubbed my feet and heels for about 5 minutes and then applied lotion after. Didn't even give me a foot massage. The biggest waste of $65 I have ever spent! Completely uncomfortable the entire time!

Serendipity is by far the best salon in Grants Pass. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. I have never been to a more accommodating salon. The girls are all so friendly and personable. I highly recommend Serendipity for all of your beauty needs!Service: Manicure

All I can say is if you want to be treated well and have a good experience, don't go to Serendipity. I wish I could post pictures here but the hair color I received from Makenna was not even remotely like the pictures I showed her. The worst part other than the $170 was the bad attitude and total lack of care from her and being told I should go somewhere else for we had differing styles?? Bizarre really. The haircut was fine and I would have gone back to have her try to fix the color but both she and Kayla treated me like I was at fault and were dismissive and just mean . Never have I EVER been treated that way by a salon. I asked for a refund on the color and they refused. I had saved up for this and really can't afford to go elsewhere but anything is better than being made to feel bad and disrespected. A salon is usually an oasis from that.?Services: Hair coloring

Kayla is so talented and accommodating. She salvaged my hair from a terrible color job I had done myself in quarantine. She never guilted me for it and talked patiently with me about my needs. She is a real gem and I'm over the moon with my beautiful new hair. The salon is very clean, comfortable, and has a friendly atmosphere.
