I found the address in Grants Pass and was referred to the Salvation Army to hope to obtain assistance with fuel expenses for a doctors appointment with a spine specialist in Eugene. I arrived at 1pm to allow for lunch hours but, much to my dismay, there was no one there. I called the number listed and got a voice message saying their hours were from 8am to 11pm Monday through Friday, NOT THE LISTED HOURS HERE OF 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. I am disappointed but, more than that, I’m no closer to meeting my need for assistance to get to my spine specialist which i desperately need...☹️

Awesome store that has reasonable prices unlike the Goodwill plus they do a 10% “Happy Hour” discount the last hour before closing as well as a senior and veterans discount so you can get some amazing deals! And they do a stamp card so you can save even more! Staff is super nice especially once they start recognizing you. Love shopping and donating here. Love how they help the community.

Finally gave up trying to drop off donations at this shoddy operation. The people here have bad attitudes and want to pick and choose thru the donations coming in. I understand they see junk coming in, but when I arrive with a closet of fine clothing, they've got alot of nerve saying "we aren't taking things," or "I dunno, we can't take everything." I give up on these losers...going to Goodwill.

If this is the salvation army next to Lewis Power equipment in Grants Pass Oregon, I love it.It's my go to thrift shop. I never leave there empty handed. But.. I have a few complaints.. The lighting is awful, its kind of dirty, and the dressing rooms are not cute. Also, are there sales days? I've been there quite a few times and have never seen signs for sales or special mark downs so I never know what's going on. The only thing I know the price for is jeans.. The workers are nice though.
