Friendly, honest, fair. Did I mention honest?
The owner and Zach took care of my hitch wiring issue and Zach explained in non-mechanic talk what the issue was.
The lady who answered the phone the day before set an appointment up without hesitation and gave me time and date options with patience and kindness in her voice.
This business is hands down all around amazing.
Most grateful for the prompt service provided!

Oh my God the best Customer Service I have had in 10 years easy and that is saying a lot. From my initial phone call to having the work done. Everybody knew there stuff and very helpful. Answered a lot of my questions and educated me on how a trailer hitch is supposed to be set up, the physics behind the weight bars and how things are supposed to track . was a great experience and I live six hours away and I will come back for other services. Elizabeth at the front desk orchestrating the office, pricing and customers and Jessie in the shop and the other mechanic who names escape me were all class acts.. so appreciate their care to detail and my well being!! highly recommend using them for all their services

This is the second time using this place. First time was good. Second time not so much. I do 95% of my own mechanical work, I had my first piston in my hand at 8. Starting a second business this month I had no time to do the work. I brought my work van in for a plugged cat. $720 took 2 hours only a $200 part. Thats not the problem! When I took it in there was NO exhaust leak. After replacing the cat there was a very loud exhaust leak. They told me to bring it in to look at. Then proceed to tell me it would cost $600 plus parts to fix the exhaust leak from the manifolds. I am extremely disappointed on their service and got my car back worse than when I dropped it off. I have replaced the manifolds in the past and can assure you there was no leak when dropped off. They tried and will in there follow up post that they told me about the exhaust leak. Which they did when after I paid! They did no diagnostic before they installed the exhaust other wise a good professional company would have notified me before the cat was installed! I will be contacting the BBB, DOJ, and State! It's not worth a lawyer unless more damage is done, but definitely need to advice the public on my now damaged car! I knew I should of taken it to Star Automotive! thanks Jessie. I had to work 5 days to pay for the cost of the cat and now another 5 days for you to break my car in 2 hours!
