Went in this morning to look at buying a p/u truck. Told them I don’t want to sit there all day.
Manager asked for my trade in keys. As I was taking the key off of my key chain ( because I had really important keys that I needed to be in possession of) he said I will bring them right back to you. Well he didn’t bring them right back. I asked for them two or three times and still did not get them back. I finally had to walk in to the managers office to get them. As I grabbed them not one person said a word to me.
I walked out and left

I heard this place was different than the others. Obviously not…….
Car dealers are crooked , doesn’t matter what dealership…
Horrible
I will not be back and will not say anything good about this place to anyone.

This place is definitely a breath of fresh air! Never thought I’d ever feel this way walking out of a dealership after buying a vehicle. This is a family owned business. Just talk to their employees. They don’t ever want to leave. Amy was our super hero. She assisted us through our purchase process. She even had a drawer full of brand new Matchbox cars for our 3 year old grandson to pick from. Yes…. We bought our truck with our grandson along for the ride. That’s how easy this experience was. Thank you to the whole staff. Amy and Mathew made us feel like we were being helped by humans. Thank you Amy and Mathew for a great experience!!

They are only concerned with there business and won't consider a customers thought concerns or ideas.
I was told to never come in there Service after a dispute about pins for tailgate came loose twice and last time tail gate opened they said would never happen that way. Service
Manager has ,ero customer relation skills. Very Happy to go to Grants Pass Auto formerly Jim Siegel Chevrolet.

I don’t care if I’m stranded on the moon. The one thing that’s going to guarantee my safe return to earth is the fact that I MUST return to Roe motors. #1: I promised #2: it’s hard to find someone you can trust to make sure you get a fair deal when buying a car. I came to Roe motors under very unfortunate circumstances with my vehicle, and left in a better state than I’d arrived where every other offer I’d received was at a pretty big loss financially. It’s too big of an impact on your life to purchase a vehicle from someone you don’t trust. These guys are great. And I love my new car.

Took our truck in for some recalls they didn’t do not one point of the recalls tore into the transmission, emptied all the fluid took the pan off before they even had the OK from the warranty company that it would be covered and because they used a transmission that the warranty didn’t cover last go around warranty company said nope. So they lied the first time when replacing the transmission and now because of that the warranty isn’t covered. Then they wanted to charge us for the loaner vehicle. Then they wanted an additional 700 dollars to put the pan and fluids back in plus labor! Didn’t fix one issue. Then Grants pass Toyota called roe motors and told them we brought the truck to you so it should be billed under dealership discount and Roe motors refused. I would never take a vehicle to Roe motors for anything, they do things without permission, use junk parts, over priced and lie. My family will never be back. Liars and ripping people off. ??️

Emmett Carrol was my sales associate and I can help to brag on how he really took care of me from the best trained in value to answering my questions after or during his off time. Not one to like the car sales men environment especially after shopping for a car for two weeks. He made it seem more like a friend helping. Really loved my experience and couldn’t say enough good things about Emmitt.
