Four stars .. AGAIN ! My dashboard said "check engine" so I opened hood and yup it was there, and so was lamp. So I called ROE Service spoke with Brent who said "come on in". He connected the computer to it and explained the issue. I got a ride home and couple days later Brent called and said "come n get it". No more lamp, the 100k service done, and the lamp was an injector that was an warranty issue. Just to say Roe Motors and their teams always keep customers first.

So far so good. The manager Jonathan was very helpful, explaining how insurance works after an auto collision. He found things I didn’t know to look for and was friendly and kind. Roe has been my go to for services and this reminds me why I choose this company for my car repair needs. I definitely recommend them.

I brought my 2022 GM 2500 Denali into Roe’s body shop and we were told the work would take 5 to 6 day and they had it done in 4 days and the work done was outstanding and they even took it over and had my first service done. Roe has the best customer service in GP , Sales and Service are top rate.SGService: Body & Trim

At the recommendation of my insurance broker, I went to Roe Motors for collision work to be done on my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport. Everyone I came into contact there, including the fabulous shuttle driver, was polite, kind and respectful. The repair work done was superb. Communication was top notch. I'm new to grants Pass and so I was looking at all the dealerships. I'd like to buy a truck. So I drove a couple of theirs and the sales guy was nice. Then we got to talking to the sales manager. This was a very bad thing. He said that they never put anything on the lot that is over the original MSRP and that was why he was offering me $14,000 less than my truck was worth according to the homework I've done. I'm not new to car buying and I really hate being manipulated and lied to. Sales are sales but lies are not sales. So I checked on the cars that are on the lot and all of them are five to $10,000 over the original MSRP. They will take advantage of you when they can. Be careful.

Mocks Ford Body Shop wanted to charge me $1879.00 to "repair smudges on the door panel of my vehicle, which I am very fond of. My husband suggested I stop at Roe Motors for a second opinion. Well, they used a liquid wax and wiped it off in 10 seconds! Kudos to Roe Motors, and a special shout-out to Steve Roe for his honest and caring employees!Judy C.
