This used to be our trusted family vet, with a positive history going back to the 1970s. However, this year, they sadly seem to be in the process of failing as a business. Every vet with which we had a relationship has, seemingly, retired or fled. Our last visit was with a temporary veterinarian - who was great, but wouldn't be staying. It's not clear when or if they expect to have any permanent medical staff again. I can't recommend this place anymore amid an abundance of alternatives in this area without these issues.

Been waiting for an appointment for a few months and when I arrive am told the doctor went on vacation. Why scheduled then? And so unorganized that you don't have any further scheduling?? Why wasn't I told a week ago when I was there? Utterly rude, incompetent, and non-caring front staff.They did not bother contacting me to cancel even though I told multiple ppl, including the person that I was currently talking to, last visit I had to be contacted through email, that I do not have a phone at the moment. But front staff could not careless; why would they, they're getting paid.

I had the worst service the last couple years by this vet clinic. I’ve been a very loyal customer to them, but feel I have not been treated respectfully. One particular incident I recently had been waiting for an appointment for 2 months. I just got a call today (when my appointment is in a couple days) that “the doctor” won’t be in and they are canceling my appointment. Then to put me on a waitlist for another 3-4weeks. I have to be the one to call to see if they have any cancellations. A good clinic would call me to let me know they have an opening.

All of our pets from reptiles, felines and canines love everyone there. Just recently had the whole gang back for their physical and shots staff is always so sweet and welcoming to our rescues.

Staff were friendly, and we were able to get an appointment pretty quickly for a new patient appointment. The rates were reasonable and our dog felt comfortable with the staff. I definitely recommend if your looking for a vet for your furbaby!

Brought my dog Sydney in for an xray for possible broaken leg, turned out her hip was dislocated. The Dr explained the process and was in touch with me as the exam progressed. The hip was reset and bandages applied with take home meds. I must say, the entire staff was Very pleasant and the Doctor was Very explanitory and Great at her profession as well as exceptionally pleasant. Im new to the area and was at the mercy of whichever Vet I could find. The entire group at Riverside Park made this ordeal as comfortable as possible. I dont know about their fee, fees are all subjective but seamed inline with other vets ive seen but everything else was spot on or better!I wouldnt hesitate to recamend Riverside Park Vet Clinic !!Larry Timmons, Cave Junction, Or.
