It's just bad, we all know it's just bad, as always this is about the pharmacy. I had a prescription ordered from here almost a month ago, and I called to ask when I should come in to pick it up. They said it should be around an hour, and then when I came in they only had half of the medications ready (not even the ones I was actually out of) when I picked them up they just told me to come back later for the rest. Fast forward to today and they still haven't filled them. I'm running out of all of my medications, which is kind of a huge deal for a pharmacy to not be able to fill medications within a month. I called today and they said it would be at least 5 hours until they have someone in to fill medications at all. What are you guys even doing in there??Anyways, customer service when I called the store was rude, actually trying to pick up any medication is abhorrent. I recommend literally anywhere else. You'd have better luck filling your prescription at a subway I swear.

I switched from Williams Hwy to D St location and things were very nice the first few months. However, I now can rarely get through on the phone, prescription is NEVER ready when it is stated it will be, been put on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on, get hung up on instead of even being put on hold, the list goes on and on. I realize that due to closures, remaining pharmacies have become overwhelmed, but I truly feel that this is used as an excuse to deliver subpar service on a continual basis. Very disappointing

The worst possible Pharmacy you could possibly go to. The incel working at the drop off desk should not be anywhere near a customer service job. Avoid Avoid Avoid

One of the 'happiness' is... happiness is NEVER having to say "I'm Sorry"This RideAid must be miserable, since they're ALWAYS saying "I'm Sorry" to their customers for their pharmacy employees being so RUDE to them!!!!A nice employee comes, then gets replaced by a rude one!!Why not fix the problem?

We’ve been going to this Rite aid for all our prescriptions and immunizations for 15 years. They are always kind and professional ?

This pharmacy is horrible. There costumer service (just in the pharmacy) is so bad. They are very disrespectful and unkind. They also do not even try to help when you ask them questions about picking up or dropping off. I do not recommend this place.

Pharmacist really needs some customer service training, the most unfriendly and rather curt person I've had the displeasure of dealing with since I moved here. Everyone on the floor was friendly. I certainly won't be using this pharmacy again!

I gave one star due to the fact I could leave no less.I was in the pharmacy today with my husband. I could head the pharmacy Tec say,( Ya this lady was mad we didn't fill her prescription and was going to take her business elsewhere.) Out loud this same tech says,(Oh big deal, won't hurt my feelings go ahead.)The problem appears to me the absolute lack of decent employees that realize these customers depend on this pharmacy to keep them healthy and in some cases ALIVE!! So shameful. I was disgusted.

There is no reason for the rude and disrespectful attitude that I get every single time I have to ask questions about billing! I have been using the GoodRX app for some time now, and have looked up meds and gotten the correct dosage, the amount of pills to be dispensed, etc. and gotten their price with the app. Rite Aid has our GoodRx information in their system, but we are always charged a higher amount. Whenever I have questioned the cost of Rite Aid prescriptions when I have an app that tells me I should be paying a different price, the person I happen to be speaking with gets snotty and rude. It's not okay. Someone needs to pay more attention to their reviews and do something about this. This is not acceptable, and we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend them for their pharmacy! The store itself is great, and their customer service is awesome...the people in the pharmacy should take notes from the people on the store registers!

I had a great experience with Pam at RiteAid. She was helpful and efficient in sorting out my insurance and getting my wife's medication quickly. Pam's knowledge and attention to detail were impressive. I highly recommend RiteAid and Pam for their excellent customer service.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Pharmacist is very rude, never answer their phone. Done with them! Still haven’t gotten our prescription that they had on their shelf 2 days ago. I guess it’s too much effort to slap a label on it.

Something is seriously wrong at this PHARMACY! I was shorted 2 of 3 life-saving inhailers, called 'em to fix it, they did inventory, they SAY they gave me 3 as that is what they chaged me for & insurance paid! They lie! Wonder who's selling scripts on the side???????????

This is the absolute worst pharmacy! (D St location) They WILL NOT answer their phone at all! I tried for an hour one call after another and they never answered. It just rings and rings! How do you find out if your RX is ready? This is crazy! Horrible customer service or should I say NO SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE.I called and selected the option saying the call was from a doctor's office and they answered right away. Once the person found out I wasn't from a doctor's office they hung up on me. I'm going in the store and making a formal complaint to the manager. I will never have a RX filled here again.

Don't bother trying to call.. I wish they would just take number down if they aren't going to bother answering it.So now you need to go into the store and waste hours waiting in line and waiting for the refill."Why don't you just use the automated service?" well because it can never seem to find refills available when they ever-so-clearly are..If the phone operators are non-existent ~ and the pharmacy itself has all of the charm and efficiency of a DMV visit. Do we really expect their automated back-end to work any better? (actually I take back what I said about the DMV. Ours is very good in comparison)Seriously, go LITERALLY anywhere else for your pharmacy - even Walmart would be a better experience.
