My experience hiring Stefani for Life Coaching sessions was so worth the investment. Together we broke down some of the walls that were stopping me from growing my business. She helped me navigate some of the areas where I needed to strengthen my outlook and approach. Each week we worked towards small goals to eventually achieve larger ones. She also made me realize that I deserved success just as much as the next person.

Stefani helped me find what steps were needed to start the process in pursuing my passions. I found our meetings to be a perfect balance of professionalism meets a caring individual who genuinely cares about others well-being and passions. She helped me create a business plan, as well as find what personal blockages I have been creating for myself. Finding those limiting beliefs together felt profound, as now I know what I need to work on personally to achieve whatever I need to in my life. I would reach out to Stefani again without question.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting massaged by Stefani for a little over a year now. She’s a joy to spend time with and she’s not afraid to give the right amount of pressure on my gnarly shoulder knots. She also uses the most delicious smelling oils so I feel like I’m getting aromatherapy, moisturizing, plus amazing massage and an uplifting experience. I always leave feeling relieved and refreshed. Stefani was amazing! She kept a good consistent pressure the entire time and made sure to check in during the massage because sometimes as a client it’s hard to speak up. I’ve already booked my next massage and can’t wait to go back! I highly highly recommend her to anyone who has some body pain they are working through or to anyone who just needs to rest and relax.

Stefani is the BEST massage therapist in Grants Pass. I consider myself a massage snob and have had my share of them so believe me when I say you will not be disappointed when you book with her. Although her space is part dance studio and part massage studio, her massage space is very relaxing, quiet and feels as if you are in another world.
