Went to Ray's Print Shop to order some custom business cards. Absolutely the rudest, most self absorbed man came out to the counter. Was obviously irritated that a customer would show up to waste their time placing an order. Was told that they were way too busy to stop.THEY ARE THE REASON THAT THEY HAVE COMPETITORS!!!!Shop somewhere else....I did

Amazing gem of a print shop!!! I will never again use a Walmart or CVC or Walgreens for printing photos. Rays is the place for fast OUTSTANDING customer service. I had the pleasure of doing business at Rays, Dillon, my print associate is the perfect example of how I remember customer service. quick, attentive and accurate. He heard what I needed and it's better than what I expected and at about 1/4 of what I thought I would have to pay. He understood that I was in a hurry and came through. Without his help, my appointment would have been for not. I tried two kiosks trying to prepare but both of the stores I tried were out of order. We thanked Dillon for his ability to make it happen and we were off..... wait..... my phone died a few blocks way, the charging port quit working in my car. My phone contained the address to this much anticipated appointment. Having no other option, we quickly headed back to our new friend Dillon. Explained the situation, he helped me get enough charge to turn on the phone, I got the address, thanked him again and we jetted off to my appointment and made it just in time. Without Dillon's help, my appointment would have not been worth going to. Dillon is an asset to Rays and Rays customers. I just can't say enough about Dillon. He really did save the day and maybe my life. Thank you Rays for being there and thank you Dillon for understanding what customer service really means. Highly recommended.

In my travels I've used several printers for the same job. Dillon did a FAR better job than any of them — and, incredibly, was faster as well. If there is less than a five-star review here there must be a mixup on the name of the shop.

Went in to get some business cards made, i even had a previously printed card as an example. I tried numerous times to get a response or a quote or even a call back. i stopped in a few times and talked to the lady there about him not calling me and felt as though i was getting the brush off. I think maybe the fact that I am a Gunsmith may have rubbed them the wrong way. Either way we ordered some online and apparentlyray's doesn'y need my $$$. Unfortunately alot of times living in GP means you have to go to Medford to get it. I like to shop locally, but unfortunately sometimes it's just not possible.
