The other day I attempted to start my BV 400 and nothing. I contacted Mark and he informed me there was a recall on that model for ignition issues and to have it towed down which I did.
I left the bike there as Mark and Dana were going to evaluate/diagnose what the issue was. I knew I was gonna be without my bike for a few days to a week.....I got a call in 30 minutes telling me they figured it out and the bike was ready to go!
I don't know about you but that does not happen on planet earth when you put a car or bike in the shop! We'll it happened at Rapley Motor Sports! Thank you Mark and Dana for outstanding and excellent customer service. Not only are the super friendly but they know what the hell they are doing as well.

TLDR:
Their pricing is reasonable, the service is fantastic, and going anywhere else would be a disservice to yourself.
My Experience:
I can’t recommend them enough. Mark and his son are incredibly nice, professional, and experienced. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had.
After having a blowout, by myself in the middle of a long trip, they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They even called later that evening to check-in and make sure the bike was still running well.

The price they advertise for the scooters on their website is misleading and deceptive. They add a $899 up charge onto that price in the showroom, as of this posting this charge is mentioned nowhere on their website.

Great team of Mark and Dana. I get my Vespa 300 Super Sport serviced there and can't think of a friendlier place in Grants Pass to do business. Their inventory of new Vespas and Piaggios is extensive. Walk into this dealership and your toughest decision will be which one to buy. If the cost of commuting each day is cleaning out your wallet, consider a gas or electric scooter.

The rear wheel of my tiger 800 XC was flat. Mark took the time to put in a new tube while I waited. Excellent service, great prices, awesome shop, really nice knowledgeable guy, and he has a big old friendly dog that kept me company while I waited.
