If you don't mind waiting while service writer deals with one person at a time and doesn't even acknowledge you exist, then you won't mind Mocks! I just wanted a question answered! I left after ten minutes. I ended up at the Valvoline oil change place nearby and had excellent service

My dad bought a used truck (2015 F250 6.7 w/150000ish miles) from them that had to be taken to a mechanic before my dad could even pick it up, that should have been the first red flag. After 5 months and only putting just over 2000 miles on the truck it now needs a new engine. The current shop says there is obvious signs the engine was worked on internally, as bolts were missing from several locations only visible if you took the motor apart. Now my dad has a $25,000 yard ornament and no daily driver as a new engine would cost $15000 and take 2 months to get here.

My mom has mesothelioma and lives in Gasquet. She was evacuated from her home because of the Smith River Complex fire but, still needed to get to Grants Pass for chemo. Since 199 was closed, she had to drive over via 101 and 42 to get to Grants Pass. 20 minutes outside of Roseburg and the check engine light on her Ford truck came on. She made it to Mock's with 45 minutes to spare for her chemo appointment. Keith and his team jumped into action and got her over to the rental car office so she could leave her truck for diagnostics and still make it to her appointment. Just wanted to say thank you so much for being such amazing humans and for going above and beyond to help someone who truly needed it! Much appreciated!

I'm disappointed with their pricing practices as they sell vehicles for thousands over MSRP without seeming to care about earning your business. In the past, I used to buy vehicles from Lance, a good family-owned business. However, it now feels like they only care about ripping people off and doing business with those they can take advantage of. I'd advise avoiding this place and considering Lithia instead, where they treat you respectfully and value your business, regardless of your appearance or how much money they believe you may have.

Mocks was amazing! We were on a Rv vacation exploring the Oregon coast and as we were leaving California the check engine of our motor home with a Ford E350 came on. I called Mocks and the wonderful service advisor, I forgot to get his name, told me to come in the following day because most of the service technicians were already off work. When we came in the next day we luckily connected with the service advisor I had spoken to previously with the big handsome beard. He connected us with a young female technician, again I apologize we didn't get her name, and her 4 legged assistant, Missy She diagnosed our engine, explaining all the codes, & gave us peace of mind to continue our vacation. I think we were there, at the dealership, maybe 35 minutes. it's so nice to have a business demonstrate this level of customer service!

NEVER GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! I called inquiring about a very specific vehicle that was listed on their website and I was told by Melinda on the phone that yes the vehicle is on stock and here on the lot. So I just drove 45 minutes to come here to look at it and guess what... the vehicle was not here!!!! I was then told by another salesman "oh that van has been at the body shop for a month now" This girl Melinda was SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She absolutely did not care even the slightest bit that she gave me the wrong info and did not know what the heck she was doing. The other salesman/manager didn't give a crap either. She mouthed off at me like I was in the wrong when I most certainly was not! You do not talk to a potential customer with that tone and attitude that she had. She has absolutely no business working there and should be fired. And as for the other guy standing there... same with him. He could care less about earning business as well and didn't even try to apologize for her mistake and inconvenience.Time wasted. Gas money wasted. Energy Wasted. NEVER GO HERE AND DO NOT TRUST WHAT IS PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITEThis business is absolutely disgusting and you do not deserve business from anyone. I will NEVER step foot in your dealership and I will happily let the public know that your employees are rude and deceitful.

I have a Ford and I got my mirror knocked off. The Parts Department was great and got the part for me right away. But after 2 weeks of calling everyday in the service department and finally talking to someone in the service department who said they would check and call me back. And never did, I picked up the part and went to someone else. They act like the best but they suck!

We had an issue with our truck towing back to CA from the Oregon. We limped it into their service center where the immediately got us in and looked things over and ultimately got our family home that night. We could not have asked for better help in a bad situation from the diesel tech Dave to Keith who helped us on the phone before we even got there to the salesman Virgil who was helping with a hotel or rental car for us if we needed it. Just great people every step of the way! My only regret is that we do not live closer to be able to use them more often.

We had an awesome experience buying a truck. Lance and Jake were great. Met our needs and made it so easy. We will always come back here!

They are pretty horrible at: returning phone calls, returning messages, responding to online or website inquiries or appointments. They are quick and have lots of time, if you want to buy a car...anything else, not so much. Compared to other Ford / Lincoln dealers, they are kind of a joke. Not sure why nothing has been done about it over past 2 years. The one bright spot, is Doug in the Service department. They dont have loaner cars, they take forever to get repairs done, and a bad habit of not communicating with you. If a dealer isnt going to take care of me and my auto, then bottom line is, there is no way I will ever buy an auto from them now or in the future. Best option for a Ford or Lincoln? Medford or larger city dealership.

I am a 62 year old grandmother who took a road trip to see my son in California. On the way back home we decided to drive the coast. Well I only got to Medford and my F150 broke down in the pouring rain on the Interstate. i called AAA and they hauled me to Mock's. They said to call ahead as Mock's is usually booked up 2-3 weeks. They had an empty slot and got me right in and 4 hours later we were fixed up and back on the road. These people are top notch and give you updates and treat you great. They did great work on my vehicle. Thanks Mock Ford!

So I was visiting up north from Palm Springs whe. I had a problem with my truck not wanting to start. I took into mock Ford and left overnight and they call me saying that my alarm was making my truck not work so they said they would remove the alarm and I'll be fine. So I head back home the following day and problem happened again so problem was never fix. They charged me 168 bucks and I paid 150 for a car rental during the repair witch would have been covered under my warranty but because they guessed what the problem was instead of testing the starter while the problem was happening they said my warranty wouldn't cover the repair because it wasn't covered under warranty. So now I'm out 300 bucks. I took to Palm Springs Ford when I got home and they properly tested everything and found that the starter was bad and they even showed me the readings off the starter showing it was bad. So I contact Don mock and ask for a refund as I felt they diagnosed it as a problem that wasn't covered by warranty to make a profit. I sent over all the paperwork showing what the dealer found and I can't even get a response. So now my dealer from Palm Springs is trying to get me my money back to make mock fords problem right. Beware of this place as o felt scammed after leaving.

We broke down on our vacation and were 15 hours from home and really in a bind. The guys here went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road and salvage our trip. Immensely grateful!

We have 2 Explorers in our family. We have been having them serviced by Mock Ford for nearly 4 years including all of our tune-ups, oil changes, and repair issues (we have had a fair amount of issues). Recently we had some rodent damage and had Mock provide the repair. We also asked them to look at the 3rd-row seat because it was stuck. They informed us the seat needed a part that was 340.00 and labor would be extra. We opted not to have the seat repaired. When we went to pick up our vehicle, the bill was $562.00, 173.00 was just to have them "look/diagnose" the seat. We were not informed that it would be this excessive to look at the seat. Moreover, when we simply asked for an explanation they were extremely rude. We did not understand their invoices or the charges and when we asked, the cashier said in a very rude tone " go ask the Service Desk - I am busy and need to answer the phone". We do not take issue with the charge for the rodent damage and we would have been fine with something more reasonable for diagnosing the seat (something under $100). Regardless, the attitude and rudeness demonstrate that this dealer feels cocky because they are the only Ford dealer in Grants Pass. We will be going to Butler Ford in Medford for all future services. The Service Manager was a "Mock", therefore it is clear this organization lacks leadership. I understand the senior - Harry Mock passed away in 2020 and this may be why this company is not managed well. I will say that Lance, one of their employees, is outstanding.
