I bought my Mazda from Quality Cars, 5 yrs ago. Just a few days ago, I traded in the Mazda in for a Jeep Wrangler. My salesman, Scott, is the absolute best! He bent over backwards to help me. Actually everyone that works there is QUALITY and work with you! I will always do business with Quality Cars. They never have Lemons and are honest! ♥️

Larry was nice an very helpful, with all of our answers, we got the car an a couple days later the window would not roll down, they got us in fast, an fixed the problem, our horn is next it seems to have never worked, but they were helpfull,

My husband and I recently bought a car, Scott was our sales man, buying a newer used car is extremely stressful for me, it’s one of those things that I put off until I just couldn’t anymore as I need a reliable safe vehicle to transport my most precious cargo “grand-babies” and “fur-babies” plus commute to and from work.
I knew what I was looking for and had been shopping for months prior. I found just what I was looking for at quality cars, I did my due diligence on the vehicle prior to going in and had a few questions about the vehicle, Scott was able to answer my questions and then some, he made sure everything checked out and had me driving off the lot in no time at all, we did most of the car buying process via phone and email.
Scott is very laid back, wasn’t pushy like some car sales men I’ve dealt with in the past. If you’re looking to purchase a used car I’d ? percent recommend Scott with quality cars! What are you waiting for? Get down there and buy that car you’ve been putting off, I promise you won’t be dissatisfied.

I went to look at used cars up in town and came across their dealership.Not even a minute after being there, there was this poor lady going off on all the problems she's having with the car they sold to her and they refuse to fix. The sales guy started yelling and swearing at her. Not only that, she had what I think was her Grandpa he was an older gentleman, the sales guy was even swearing at him!I immediately left and went somewhere else. Not risking that.I will never come back to this dealership if that’s how they handle situations so unprofessional and all the transmission issues they were talking about ? I won’t buy a car that I can’t trust for my babies to be in !

Stay away! This dealership does not honor their advertised 2 week warranty or fulfill promises. Was promised by owner Lon to fix transmission that his son Mike lied about but Mike refuses to fix. Power steering went out while driving with my newborn and they sent it to an unlicensed mechanic and refused to give me any contact info or name.... I ended up having to pay to fix everything their mechanic didn't! All of these occurred well within their two week period and after 4 months the car is COMPLETELY un driveable. Mike has called me out of the blue and harassed, intimidated and made threatening statements about a post on Facebook in a mothers group accusing me of slandering them, it was an anonymous post about another dealership. He has refused to apologize for this and completely stopped contacting me or returning repeated calls to him wondering when they will fix my car! This salesman Mike is very rude to younger people, takes complete advantage and ignores his mistakes. I sent a bank representative down there to talk to him and he ignored them for an entire week, until she had to call again and he still refused to fix it. Mike is beyond rude to service members and veterans, who tried to speak to him on my behalf since he had treated me in such a disgusting way. Swearing at them, slamming doors and threatening to call the police because things didn't go his way. I ended up showing him the videos of all the promises they made to fix it. This made him explode with anger as he thought I had nothing on him. During this he made a statement saying "...we don't inspect all of our cars, just the ones that need it" asking why their multi point inspection for every car they advertise on, somehow didn't show the severe transmission issue, and mistook it for bad brakes, along with severe damage to power steering. He has lied so many times and accused everyone else involved other than him to be the liars, even his own business partners, and other reputable licensed mechanics, to try to get out of this.He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met. Honestly would have been fired a long time ago if his Dad didn't own the place!
