I had the pleasure of doing business at Rays, Dillon, my print associate is the perfect example of how I remember customer service. quick, attentive and accurate. He heard what I needed and it's better than what I expected and at about 1/4 of what I thought I would have to pay. He understood that I was in a hurry and came through. Without his help, my appointment would have been for not. I tried two kiosks trying to prepare but both of the stores I tried were out of order. We thanked Dillon for his ability to make it happen and we were off..... wait..... my phone died a few blocks way, the charging port quit working in my car. My phone contained the address to this much anticipated appointment. Having no other option, we quickly headed back to our new friend Dillon. Explained the situation, he helped me get enough charge to turn on the phone, I got the address, thanked him again and we jetted off to my appointment and made it just in time. Without Dillon's help, my appointment would have not been worth going to. Dillon is an asset to Rays and Rays customers. I just can't say enough about Dillon. He really did save the day and maybe my life. Thank you Rays for being there and thank you Dillon for understanding what customer service really means. Highly recommended.”
