Water fountain has been broken for over a week or more. When notifying the staff and asking if I could get a complimentary water since their facility doesn't have adequate operating hydration stations I was told no that we don't do that. I got a complimentary water the other day so why is it a problem today?

Trent joe and Tristan have been the most helpful people I have net at a gym. They always help with anything of my needs. It is extremely clean and friendly there at all time.

Went in there and the air conditioning was awesome! Was welcomed in with great positivity. Trent and Joe were working front desk and made the whole experience memorable. Manager worthy in my opinion. The gym was also really clean and I saw a maintenance guy working on a machine so the staff is on it with fixing issues. Worth the black card membership!

I was told that the tanning beds were state-of-the-art but I didn't see any results after using them almost every day. I was also told that it is against the rules to make any noise while working out which is really hard not to do. They claim making noise intimidates other people.

I just cancelled my membership. And they made it EASY, no shenanigans, no drama. I loved the staff, all good people. The equipment is plentiful and clean. The bathrooms were always and clean and well stocked. The other patrons were polite and d considerate. The massage hydro beds were my favorite. I even tried the stand up tanning bed, pretty cool. It’s a lovely facility. It’s just too big and too many people for me, not crowded, just a lot of people.

I would love to be a member, but reading reviews, that someone mentioned homeless living in their cars in the parking lot, so I'm concerned if they're using the restrooms and showers inside?
