“I was having some issues with PayPal trying to charge my bank account multiple times for a payment that had already been paid and I was frustrated to tears, but Heather from the Eugene office got on the phone and was so kind and understanding. She helped me with stopping the payment so it didn't happen again, gave me options going forward to stop that from happening and sent me forms through email to help me out. Her and I were disconnected and knowing how upset I was already she called me back to finish what we were doing instead of just letting it go and making me call back in and having to start all over with another representative. “Received a check in the mail from Silicon Valley Bank. Looked too good to be true so went into Wells Fargo for advice. A very nice gentleman named George helped us and pointed out that Silicon Valley Bank is now permanently closed. He told us how this could have been a financial disaster in so many ways. It was just another scam. I have been with Wells Fargo for 25 years and once again they have been very professional and of great service!”

“I have been a member for over a decade, they have decent rates on auto loans and C.C. But I recently had my credit card limit raised and my interest rate when up even though my credit was better than the initial set up, hmmm... I was told they have new rates now? But seems like the original terms should be honored since this wasn't a new card. Slow at times, but the app is good and i'm content staying here for now.”
