I have had a deed with Pacific Trust for over 3 years and every time I call for something, they are very courteous and get me the information right away. I highly recommend them.

I have known this company and it's principals for decades. I have used them to service debt both as a seller and a buyer of real estate and their knowledge and skill is unsurpassed. Two thumbs up.

I have five first mortgages and one second mortgage being serviced by Pacific Trust Deeds. They have always provided excellent service in every way. I highly recommend PTD for all your mortgage servicing needs. The negative reviews are from borrowers. Could it be they were/are slow or reluctant to pay what they owe and PTD pressed them?

I was looking up the phone number for Pacific Trust and was appalled by the negative reviews. We have used Pacific Trust Deed Servicing for years on multiple real estate transactions have nothing but praise for Coz Costantino and his professional services. Highly, highly recommend.
