So far so good with these guys! Very polite, I'm in a wheelchair and they were very nice but not overly nice because of the apparent disability...which I like.
The guys were very helpful both on the phone as well as in person. If a part wasn't stocked, their distribution comes from Medford. So with sheer timing, the part I needed was there before I got there!

Very helpful staff, usually have what you're looking for and if they don't have the part in stock the shipping takes a couple of business days. They are very helpful with any questions or concerns.

With a 25 year old commercial account, I was charged $22 for a anti freeze that is shown on line to the general public for $20. No explanation of why or an offer of adjustment, just told that is what it was. Was I a jerk for loosing my cool? Absolutely yes and and this feedback is deserved for my not showing respect to a guy answering the phone. An apology is due. But O'Reilly's needs a new manager and I need another parts store.

I am taking an opportunity to publicly praise and thank Oreily for hiring and training their counter personnel.. I have dealt with Clay over many months buying parts for various autos... He has proven to be patient, knowledgeable and service conscious... I will frequent this store first because the trust I have in him and others that work at this location.. Clay and his fellow workers should be congratulated for their people skills and auto parts knowledge.. thank you..

These guys want above and beyond today. Coasted in with a ton of issues, end up just being a bad battery and a bad alternator. They were patient and amazing in us out of towners and our time of need on Thanksgiving Day. Big shout out. Thank you for being our superheroes!
