We are very pleased with our purchase from No Frills. The guys, Sam and Trevor were helpful and patient with us as we made our decision. Installers, Cory and Russ are great. Doing the entire house and allowing us to do it stages, which otherwise would have been a nightmare.

NFF has a large selection of tile and Sam did a fine job helping me pick tile for my backsplash. Sam also followed up and when I was ready to buy he helped me get the tile I wanted ordered. This was a very stressful purchase, when you know nothing about tile so it was nice to have his input and knowledge. Thank you NFF and Sam.

Sam at the Grants Pass OR store was my sales associate . Sam was extremely professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help me make the best choices for my flooring needs for my new home . I will be recommending No Frills and Sam to all of my friends and relatives . Not only Sam was AWSOME the whole team helps one another out . Way to go No Frills !?
