This is the best storage that I’ve ever had. Super secure. Really friendly staff that are super responsive to any need or problem. I reported a light out and it was fixed literally the next day.

Staff are nice, and are prompt to respond when/if needed. The only serious downfall of renting here is that you cannot access your unit after 5pm because they close the gates-although if you call ahead and need access extended after 5 for a short time, they will typically work with you and hold off on closing gate. It is also noteable that they close gates on random holiday closed dates of which are not always on the same day as actual holliday-However they do post notice on office door ahead of time, as well as verbally remind you of upcoming closed dates- if you happen to come into the office to pay- but if you dont then you may not have notice and potentially show up to find the gate closed.
