Located in Merlin, it is a super clean facility. The price is more than competitive, and Andrew is super friendly and professional to work with. We had to move only because we needed storage space closer to our facility for daily storage exchanges.

Great place!!! Very secure and whoever answers the phone, sometimes a woman, sometimes a gentleman their very nice!!! Price is very affordable. So glad I decided to park our RV there!!!

This has been the most important thing I have had to do since moving back to Oregon. I found myself in urgent need of a place to store ALL my things! And I was pressed for time and didn't have much money. I got a 10x10 storage unit, for a very reasonable price, and I was able to choose the way I wanted to make my monthly payment. I chose to use an auto deduction from my bank and I saved money every month by doing this. I highly recommend using this place, as I also have found the owners very reasonable and easy to deal with.

I'm still in awe at the level of down right disrespect and rudeness I encountered with this establishment. They dont even deserve one star but i had to pick one in order to post this review. I called at exactly 6:30 pm to make a payment on my unit thinking they were open until 7. A man answered the phone and was already noticeably irritated for reasons unknown to me. I asked my question and his response was, "are you kidding me, do you see what time it is?" I said, "oh I'm sorry I thought you were open until 7." He very rudely said, " no! We've never stayed open until 7, why in the World would you think that?" I expressed to him how extremely rude he was and hung up the phone. THEN, to add insult to injury he texts me to say "You called right in the middle of dinner, do I have permission to at least finish my food?" He went as far as telling me " you must be 12 yrs old to think we'd still be open" then demanded my name so he could evict me. It's absolutely staggering to me how mean and nasty this man was. TED needs to either retire,get on some medication or take a course in dealing with the public. Steer clear of this place if at all possible! I'd hate to see how he handles actual legitimate problems. You've been officially warned.
