Considering it was multiple billing issues AND upgrading three phones we were there for a few hours. But the entire time Paul was absolutely pleasant and extremely helpful as we struggled through all of the issues. Even walking me thru a few "how to's" for later on my own. I can’t express how incredibly appreciative I am for all he did. It's not the company that keeps me coming back, it's employees like Paul that make the company stronger.”

“Came in with a difficult phone transfer situation and SIM card issues. Was at the point where I was going to have to buy a new phone & get a new phone number. Neither was something I wanted to do. Especially the new number. John didn’t stop troubleshooting until he had found a solution. Walked out with my original phone and more importantly my original phone number.”

I called tech support, who recommended I go in and ask to upgrade our phones by making monthly payments.
The salesman understood my budget requirements and he was also able to transfer all the Apps, contacts, and Photos and basically Cloned our Old phones to the New phones, which made Life a little easier for us, within minutes we were done, out the door and headed home.”

“There is a fella named Kyle that works there that is the absolute best cell phone dude I've ever dealt with! Knows his stuff, super friendly, and just great. He made the experience changing from verizon perfect and had us out of there and in time for a boat trip. 30 minutes and he has all my devices switched and saved me money!”
